I have ordered a bike tansport bag. I received just a wheel bag. Nobody answer to me on the phone or by email. I defended the bag to the company to receive the money back. I haven’t received anything after a week ( no money, no answer on phone or email)

the product is good. however, i was not notified for the delivery and the mailman just put in front of my door. What if the helmet got stolen?

After my bike was stolen, I ordered this massive lock for the replacement bike. it works great: smooth opening and very tough (and heavy) lock. perfect for an eBike. the lock arrived in good time. Highly recommended for eBike users.
