Hopefully my business name will appear on the searches, my Google business profile is taking some time, but I am hoping all will be fine after a day or two

Good start.
I’ve only just started using RankingCoach, but after a few days it’s already proven very easy to use. The platform is simple to follow and clearly structured, and it starts helping with rankings almost straight away. It’s a great tool for keeping on top of SEO tasks without needing deep technical knowledge.

Cancelling RankingCoach is a troublesome hassle. Small, hidden links - lots of "do you really want to go?" and "here's an other offer".
C'mon guys. Don't be clingy.

I signed up for a rankingCoach 360 annual plan but realised straight away that it wasn’t right for me. I cancelled on the same day and asked for a refund. Unfortunately, rankingCoach refused, claiming all customers are treated as “business-to-business” even though I signed up as an individual.

Their communication was rigid and unhelpful, and I felt the signup and billing process wasn’t clear about the total cost before payment was taken. Only after I opened a PayPal dispute did they offer a refund, but on the condition that I first close the dispute and change my review, which I felt was inappropriate.

PayPal ultimately found in my favour and refunded me in full.

I’m glad the matter is now resolved, but the whole experience left a poor impression. Transparency and fairness should come first, and customers shouldn’t have to escalate to PayPal to get a fair outcome.

🚨 ATTENTION RANKINGCOACH.COM – Do you know how IONOS is dragging your name through the mud?

I’m writing this to let you know what’s happening with your product through one of your so-called “partners,” IONOS – because it’s not just damaging their reputation anymore, it’s damaging yours too.

I signed up for RankingCoach through IONOS, expecting a professional service that would boost my business visibility, list me on directories, and help bring in customers. That’s the promise, right?

Well, guess what?
❌ NONE of it happened.
❌ My business hasn’t been published properly in nearly 2 months.
❌ I’m stuck with duplicate profiles, multiple contracts, and a completely broken setup.
❌ I’ve LOST business, LOST visibility, and LOST faith in this entire operation.

And IONOS? Instead of helping, their technical team has been a disaster. I’ve contacted them multiple times. I’ve begged them to delete everything and start fresh. They ignored me. I even sent them a full breakdown asking for ONE proper profile, working review replies, and active listings. Still nothing.

And to make matters worse – today, while I’m still waiting for basic support, a lady from IONOS calls me and tries to sell me more services.
SELL ME MORE? While I’m paying for something that doesn’t even work?

So let me ask you, RankingCoach:
👉 Are you OK with your platform being sold through third parties who clearly don’t know how to use it or support it?
👉 Are you aware that your product is being packaged into a broken system and sold with false promises?
👉 Do you care that small businesses like mine are paying for nothing and losing customers because of your reseller?

Because here’s the truth:
IONOS is using RankingCoach to scam people into long contracts, while delivering no results and offering zero accountability.

And under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, I’m within my rights to cancel this kind of service. But IONOS is still charging me – for a platform with your name on it.

So, RankingCoach – are you going to take responsibility for how your product is being abused?
Or are you just going to sit back and let your reputation fall apart with IONOS?

I hope you take this seriously – because I’m not the only one. And people need to know.

Fix it.
Or prepare to be known as part of the problem.

It helped the minute we started using this.

This is a nice tool for digital marketing for new businesses

I found the whole system very easy to use, navigate and update my profile.

Be aware that adverts are missleading.
1. Biggest issue, despite them saying you will be listed in about 40 directories, you still have to register to them manually, all this platform does is update information. A lot of other directories will require payment or subscription if you want to use them for backlinks.
2. Competitor analysis is not great, does not show broken links for competitor backlinks
3. Website content improvement, keeps revising with little or no improvement
4. Google ads do not allow certain characyers to be ised that can be on google ads direct.
5. In my case, it kept removing my business google account address, to fix it I should chage my setting on RankingCoach to phisical address, but its greyed out.
If I could not get back a refund so early in subscription, I doubt they ever do refunds, I had geniune problems with account. I don’t want to discourage anyone from trying, but be careful what you need it for and do research on other platforms

Everything is explained in a way that it's simple. They truly help you.

I love how easy going the reports are to read (especially visually) for me to just fwd over to the clients. I have some clients who cannot understand copy and paste let alone the marketing world. I love this program. I wish there was free trials for all the tools (if there was I missed it) even if it was 3-7 days per tool but that's nothing. Thank you for making my job and life easier!

For the record, I have never actually needed RankingCoach's services, however, I need to defend them against things they can't control

I just want to say there are a scammers out there representing themselves at RankingCoach. They will be very evasive when describing the services they need until they are ready to ask for YOUR money. (First red flag). They will tell you that you need to invest $X to earn a multiple of what you invest. Don't buy it - and don't take it out on Ranking Coach. It's not their fault these people are using their name to do nefarious things.

They will contact you on WhatsApp (second red flag) because it's more secure and more difficult to track. They will want you to invest (and be paid with) Crypto (BTC or ETH) (3rd red flag). This is because there is no way you can dispute any kind of charge. Once you send someone some money, it's gone. They might even get you started and let you make a little money to whet your appetite, then they'll ask for $$ to provide you with greater income.

FYI, the last number I was contacted by for this was +1 727-263-4059. It was registered to a landline in NV, but clearly not who was really contacting me.

I was scammed by a person posing as a coach with a lucrative job opportunity
They initially let you make so called commission to hype up your belief in the scam
They make you think you are part of some advanced marketing group that optimizing data .
Next I charged $1500 to my so called ranking coach account
They took it and told me to add $2000 more and I will make $7000 commission
They make you believe it because everything looks legit
They have fake groups on whats app
They claim they need real people to give automated reviews on there websites
It’s a scam
I have every text message and screenshot
Everything is done through bitcoin
They teach you how to transact bitcoin
Via copy and paste methods
Most of the time they use bots to correspond but when there is a problem or they need to get money all of a sudden you are dealing with a real person

UPDATE: I have responded to the company's request to share screenshots. They have assured me that the scammers who contacted me were impersonating rankingCoach, not a third-party contractor working on their behalf. If you are approached for this type of work, just say no.

A recruiter contacted me through Whatsapp offering work posting automatically generated reviews of apps I have never used and would not be required to try. In addition, the reviews are autogenerated because that ensures the best reviews, she said when I declined. No one can trust reviews when people are being paid to post AI output. Do not accept work from them and do not associate your business with a fraud. It might get you a temporary lift but will bite you when it comes out that you paid rankingCoach to pay people to be dishonest on your behalf. I do have screenshots for anyone who needs them.
