We strive to provide a smooth and efficient service, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused by the delay with our signature provider.
Our records indicate that you started the process at night 10.30 PM one hour and a half before the deadline. We acknowledge your attempt to submit your annual report close to the deadline and the delay from our provider may have contributed to your difficulty in meeting it.
The general deadline for reporting the annual report is 6 months after the financial year has passed and it is the responsibility of the management to report before the expiration date.
To prevent issues such as this in the future, we recommend starting the submission process well ahead of the deadline and at least before the closing of our chat support on the day of submission. We have solved many issues regarding the problem with our signature provider in the days up to the deadline. We understand this advice comes too late for your current situation, but technical issues can and will happen and sometimes they happen at the most inconvenient time. This is especially true this close to the deadline where all systems are operating within their limits.

As a business owner with a young business with little money to spare for a professional bookkeeper, we decided to use Digital Revisor to make our annual report. Couldn't have been easier. The integration with Dinero worked seamlessly and even as a non-danish speaker, using a browser translation it was very easy to find my way around and complete our first annual report.
Can definitely recommend and would use it again.

Vi er ikke en abonnementsfælde. Men når du køber adgang til at lave din årsrapport på Digital Revisor, tegner du også et abonnement. Det fremgår i forretningsbetingelserne, på din brugerprofil, i indkøbskurven og på din faktura. Som bruger kan du slette dit abonnement når som helst, og der er ikke et krav om, at du skal opsige dit abonnement 3 måneder i forvejen. Det er tværtimod Digital Revisor, som leverandør, der skal varsle dig, hvis vi skulle have en grund til at fjerne dit abonnement.
Abonnementet fornyes ved afslutningen af dit selskabs regnskabsår, så du kan danne og indsende din årsrapport første dag, det er muligt for dig. Da du ikke har slettet dit abonnement, er du gentegnet jævnfør ovenstående.
