Excellent customer service!

I messed up my most recent order with Rito, under-ordering by 2 skeins. The procedure to correct this was made very clear and simple by Charlotte at customer service who responded quickly and helpfully which I found really reassuring. Brilliant company; fabulous choice of yarns, competitively priced and excellent service. Thanks Charlotte.

Rito.dk offers a good selection of yarn…

Rito.dk offers a good selection of yarn and prices are reasonable, with quick shipping if items are in stock. However, the online stock doesn't always match reality, leading to substitutions and delays. Some customers have faced issues with ordering, including receiving incorrect stock information and communication problems when trying to resolve order issues. The customer service has been praised, but there is room for improvement in addressing order discrepancies and stock accuracy. Overall, it's an average experience with both positive and negative aspects.

As you have not responded to my request to send your email address, name or order number, I cannot tell if your review relates to a specific order, but regardless we really appreciate you taking the time to give us this feedback and there are certainly some areas for improvement. We are very aware that it can be frustrating to order a certain number of items only to be told that they cannot all be delivered. This is usually because our supplier has postponed a delivery date to our warehouse and therefore the delivery to the customer is delayed.

Great prices. Very fast delivery.

I found yarn that was half the other prices as on other similar websites. And they always have great discounts.
Also, I have never had someone deliver so fast. I placed the order on Sunday night, and the package was delivered on Tuesday morning. Amazing.
This is the only place where I'll buy my yarns from now on.

Prices are good and the processing time…

Prices are good and the processing time is fast if they have everything in-house. The selection is great and offers too.
If I may mention something to improve the service, sometimes, the web stock does not reflect reality and you get trapped in an spiral of substitutions and delays.

Ridiculous and not serious seller - AVOID

It is a joke, not a shop. WORST buying experience ever - AVOID AT ANY COST! Products which I bought were listed as 'pa lager', later I received emails that they are not available. I could only choose to wait or resign form products which were not available, but not entire order. I wrote complain that I want to cancel entire order, but parcel was sent anyway. No reply to my complain, it was just ignored. I did not collect the package, so it was returned to the seller. No reply, no refund, no products NOTHING. TOTAL SCAM! WORST EXPERIENCE - AVOID!

Hi Jacek,

I am sorry to hear that you have had souch a negative experience with Rito. I have looked in to your order and tried to call you to discuss the details, but unfortunately the phone was not picked up.

This is what I found out when looking in to your order:

You placed the order on the 12th of December 2024 for two items. Two of the items are located at our remote storage and the delivery time is 7-14 days. This is stated on the website just underneath the price of the item. For good measure I am including links for the two items:

When placing an order the includes items located at our remote storage, you will automatically receive an email where you have to decide if you indeed want to wait for the items to be delivered. I can see that you chose to remove the items from your order thus the rest of the order, in this case a single item located at our local storage, was shipped. This is also stated in the email that was automatically sent to you.


Since you have decided to not collect your parcel from the pick up point, your parcel will be sent back to us. It usually takes two weeks time before a parcel is sent back if not collected. We will refund the entire order when the parcel is recieved at our storage.
