We would like to clarify that the bracelet you purchased was not paid for at €46, but rather €32. Furthermore, your refund request was submitted in October, approximately seven months after the purchase and use of the product. Under these circumstances, it is not possible to determine whether the damage was caused by a manufacturing defect or by improper use, which is why we are unable to issue a refund.

As we have already explained politely via email, the type of breakage you reported is completely unusual. From the photos you sent us, it is clearly visible that the structure of the bracelet has been tampered with and that a medal was added which was not present at the time of shipment. Such an alteration changes the product and voids any possible warranty claim.

In your review, you state that the bracelet was damaged after just a few weeks: if that were the case, why did you not contact us immediately instead of waiting seven months? Furthermore, we do not understand what you meant by a “shameful response.” If you are referring to our decision not to grant a refund after such a long time, we believe we acted with full transparency and fairness.

The review you wrote is misleading and presents an inaccurate version of the facts. It could almost be considered defamatory, but we will overlook it, as we honestly have better things to do and more polite customers to serve.
