2022 I took loan through Sambla with…
2022 I took loan through Sambla with insurance 345 nok every month.
2025 paid all loan back and insurance paid about 15 000 nok (by 345 nok) for all period
6 moths 1000 calls because the Sambla still charge 345 nok for insurance, finally I was asking for compensation. Of cause was refused.
Now Sambla asking about details:
1. When you are paying insurance for Sambla they move some your money to another insurance company. That is mean compensation will not pay any one.
2. It took 6 mothes to find this another company, by call to at least once a week.
3. Finally when you found spend and spend 2 hours twice to apply documentations the compensation was refused.
EXTREMLLY NOT RECOMENDING.

When you took your loan through us, you also chose an optional insurance that we offer together with an external insurance company. The insurance is voluntary but recommended, and it is a separate product that can remain in force even after the loan has been fully repaid, unless it is actively cancelled.
We understand that it feels very frustrating to continue paying for an insurance you no longer wanted, and that you feel it took too much time and effort to sort this out.
For privacy reasons we can’t go into all details of your case here, but our internal records show a different level of monthly cost and number of contacts than what is described in your review. That said, we fully understand that your experience has still been negative, and we are sorry that you feel your case has not been handled satisfactorily.
We would really like to review your case in detail once more, both the insurance charges and the handling of your compensation request, to see if anything has been done incorrectly or if there is more we can do to help you.
