This is the best company I have ever used

This is the best company I have ever used. Exceptional team. This company truly understands the meaning of the word customer and most importantly actually makes things so that you really feel like a real customer and not just another transaction.
I recommend this company 100% to all customers who don't want to be just another transaction.

Order #12000002393

Order #12000002393 (€924), placed Nov 26, still not delivered. Multiple emails to SB Supply had no effect. I had to contact DHL myself (incident 55153322) to get any clarity. The order remains in complete uncertainty, yet I still hope SB Supply will take responsibility and resolve this properly.

If unresolved immediately, I will escalate to consumer authorities (OMIC) and payment dispute channels. Unacceptable lack of accountability.

Unfortunately, the delivery service takes a very long time to provide us with quick information regarding the investigation that we have requested about your package, especially during the holidays. This is why our customer service was unable to respond to you yet — as we ourselves were still waiting for a clear answer.

According to the delivery service and tracking information, they attempted to contact you a while ago so that the parcel could be delivered to your home. It appears to be too large for the parcel shop you selected. Please note that your order was handed over to DHL for shipping directly after you placed your order. Unfortunately, the delay is due to factors on the courier's side, and we have no direct control over this as we are only the seller.

Since they have told you now that you need to pick up the package yourself, we have contacted them again to solve this issue asap! We will inform you once we receive an update.

The product I ordered still has not arrived

The product I ordered still had not arrived. The item was purchased on the 28th December and I was told it would take approx 2-3 days. Currently it is stated that it is with the delivery company but there has been no update from them since 30th December and remains deadlocked in Germany. I live in Ireland.
I will gladly update my review if the item ever actually arrives.

I ordered a charger while traveling…

I ordered a charger while traveling because I had forgotten mine at home.
According to the information on your website, by paying an additional fee for express delivery, I was guaranteed delivery between December 31 and January 1.
As of today, January 4, the parcel has still not arrived. I am about to check out of the hotel (the delivery address), and I still have not received my order.
This is extremely poor delivery service. Why are customers not informed in advance about such significant delays? Had I known this, I would have chosen a different option — my friends are arriving today and could have bought and brought the charger for me faster and at a lower cost.
I specifically chose and paid extra for your service because I needed the item urgently and trusted the delivery timeframe stated on your website. Unfortunately, this trust was not justified.

I placed an order with SB Supply and…

I placed an order with SB Supply and never received my package because DHL marked the address as “incorrect,” even though it was written exactly as provided. The parcel was returned to the sender instead of being delivered, and I received no proactive solution from the company.

When I contacted customer service, I received explanations blaming DHL’s system and shipping route, but no clear communication about when I would actually receive my refund. The tone of their response was also quite dismissive.

I’m still waiting for my refund and disappointed by the lack of accountability and customer care. I would not recommend ordering from this company until they improve their delivery process and communication.

SB Suplly is misleading customers

I received a mail from SB Supply for €10 discount at their whole assortment. I ordered an Apple watch band of €54,99. However I didn't get the €10 discount. Reclamation at Customer Service gave me that the minimum amount to order was €80. However this wasn't mentioned in their mail. Stated was their whole assortment which include products less then €80. I will not order any product anymore at SB Supply.
I got reaction of SB Supply with their apologies. They gave me a new discount code I used successful and got my discount.
Sb Supply showed they do care about customer satisfaction and therefore I raise my customer satisfaction from 1 star to 4 stars.
