Received the package, opened up the shipping plastic because there was no identifying marks on it. Everything else is still in tact, sent a refund request. Was told that because it's a hygiene product, I can't get a refund. Oh, but I CAN get a gift card for the amount of money I spent. Yeah.... NO
An absolutte fraud. Don’t buy from them. It is not a legit company. I paid 50€ products. I never received anything. Not a message or an email with confirmation. The tok my money and ask me to re-order with a 30% to lose more money. An absolute fraud company.
Dear Sophia i never got any confirmation email. My email is right. And also nobody tried to deliver anything to me. I have. Several other parcels coming without any problem. I have my phone number on the purchase. And the delivery company could call me or send me a notice. At least you should send the product to me again for free because I have already paid for it and it has never been delivered. What is going on here?
You either send me the product I bought or refund my money. There is no other way.
I am looking forward to a positive answer.

I got scammed you so you don't have to :(
I ordered the product in October. Shortly after placing the order, I was informed that shipping would not take 7–10 days as advertised, but approximately one month. Although this was already disappointing, I agreed to wait.
After one month passed and I still had not received anything, I contacted customer service. I was told the product would arrive the following week. It never did.
After three months, I was told that the issue was due to an incorrect phone number, which I know is not correct. Instead of resolving the situation properly, they offered me a 30% discount on my next order.
Considering that I already paid for two sets of toothbrushes and never received anything, I find this unacceptable. I will not order from this company again.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Received the tooth brush which was broken and didn't charge. Contacted customer support who no matter what I told them just directed me to a help file that was useless.
When I asked for a return and refund they just stopped responding.

It was awful. I placed the order November 30th, it wasn't shipped until the end of December and then there was a problem saying it wasn't shipped at all. They ignored my messages, agreed to give me a refund, but still have not done so. Only automatic generated messages beging me to wait a little more and for patience. Now its February and still no product, no refund and no email from them. Awful do not recommend at all. Scam?

It arrived after 6 weeks but it is a piece of shit and broken. Right now i’m in 53 email long discussion with the support for another 9 weeks. Got left on delivered for 3 times since they agreed to refund half of the money. Trying to scare them with a class action. Will see if it works

I’ll be real, if you just hold it still, it doesn’t clean the back teeth perfectly. You HAVE to move it side to side and bite down a little. Once you figure that out, it’s amazing. If you’re expecting it to do 100% of the work with zero movement, you’ll be disappointed. But with a little wiggle, it’s 5 stars.

My daughter has braces and struggles to brush properly around the wires. We asked the dentist and she said to try this. It’s been amazing for her. It gets around the brackets much easier than a normal brush. Also, we had a mix-up with the order and support fixed it in like 24 hours. Great service.

I am NOT a morning person. This brush saves my life. I can literally brush my teeth while putting on my socks. It sounds lazy but it’s efficient. My teeth are white and clean and I save 2 minutes. Win win.

Concept is brilliant. Execution is 90% there. The ultrasonic vibration is strong enough to clean plaque but gentle on gums. The silicone bristles are hygienic which is a huge plus. My only critique is that the charging base is a bit lightweight, but the battery lasts so long I rarely use it anyway. Solid 4 stars.

It’s total scam
I placed an order with Scandinaviansmiles in November the 16th, and until now (January), I have received nothing. I have contacted their customer service multiple times, but I only receive vague excuses and delaying tactics.
Instead of refunding my money as required by EU consumer law (since delivery has exceeded 30 days), they keep offering me 15% and 30% discounts to keep waiting. This is unacceptable.
I am demanding a FULL REFUND immediately. If this is not resolved within 48 hours, I will be escalating this case to the European Consumer Centre (ECC) and filing a chargeback claim through my bank for "services not received."

Really disappointed. The bristles are too soft and too short, not reaching the gums. My teeth weren't clean after using it. DO NOT BUY unless you want to waste your money.
