I’ve ordered from Senser 3 times…

I’ve ordered from Senser 3 times already. Just got my Prada shoes today, unfortunately they dont fit me. Submitted my return, emailed customer support with 1 question I had and they replied within few hours. No problems with orders, no problems with returns.. Returning is expensive though, but it is what it is. Overall I am satisfied with my experience.

Not a Great Dolce & Gabbana Experience

I ordered a pair of Dolce & Gabbana sneakers that were advertised at a competitive price. I was a little put off by the fact that they shipped from a boutique in Slovakia (Dolce & Gabbana do not have a boutique in that country) to Hong Kong and then on to me. When they arrived, the shoe box was moderately damaged. The shoes inside were alright, but they had a small bit of damage, suggesting that they might have been seconds. Moreover, they were much lighter compared to the exact same pair I bought from Nordstrom (and ended up keeping, in spite of the fact that they were more expensive). The box was also different than the pair sold in America, but that could be due to a regional difference in packaging.

I decided to keep the pair from Nordstrom and send back the others. Senser refused, repeatedly, to acknowledge the damage in spite of the photographic evidence I produced. They held onto their $29 return fee.

Overall, I thought they handled the transaction poorly, even though they were responsive with their e-mails. Although the sneakers seemed authentic, I am thinking these might have been a sub-standard pair, which is why they were sold for less.

Reading the negative reviews made me a little speculative, but I decided to go ahead and make a purchase. I am so glad I took that chance, as I had a totally smooth transaction from start to finish. It was easy to keep abreast on the status of my order not only thru the Senser website (under my orders), but I would also get email updates on shipment and processing status. I also received my shipment fairly quickly, and the item was as described. Honestly, the entire process was flawless and I would buy from Senser again.

Pleased I gave it a try! Would use again!

I am not going to review the actual item I got, because I knew what I was getting and I knew the quality of the brand, (nothing to do with Senser) and I knew I’d love it. I am reviewing the experience with the actual senser website.

I got a fendi peekaboo bag, the price was unbelievable! Too good to miss, my mind was made up straight away. It was almost half the price compared to fendi website! The bad reviews here didn’t really sway me back, because other websites I use all the time like Farfetch and net-a-porter also had terrible reviews sometimes.

Order was placed on 28th Jan, and I knew what I was singing up for, it was clear that the item would be routed through their Hong Kong channel. It said delivered within 16 days. For the first week nothing was happening, no movement at all. Then it finally left Malaga and got delivered on Hong Kong in 2 days via dhl!! Then got dispatched straight away, no delays, but via fedex. It did take a while to get to UK, and these were the stops it went through (hong Kong, Singapore, china, India, Germany, Belgium, and finally UK)

It arrived exactly in 16 days!!! I was amazed how accurate it was described on the website! It came well packaged, in a box, very well protected, all the plastic was still on the hardware. Very happy with my experience, and would 100% be using again! Found myself a lovely new source of bargains!

Incomplete product. No response from Senser

Exceeded expectations!

I was hesitant at first to trust this site. I took a chance because I figured I could dispute the charge if there were any issues. I'm really glad I did! I received a brand new item for less about 50% less than listed at full retail. The customer service team was very responsive with any questions I had. The shipping was much faster than I thought. The part of the process that took the longest was shipping from the boutique in Italy. Once it was shipped the process was very quick in fact from HK to the northeast cost in the US (by way of Alaska), only took about 2 days! Lastly, before the item shipped from HK, I received a quality check email with an actual photo of the item to confirm that it was the right size. This was a major win! I had seen previous feedback that mentioned that how customers received the wrong size, etc. So maybe they listened and improved their process. I would recommend them and also shop with them again!
