Amazing!
I have a hard shell mask from another company which cost me much more than this one, it's uncomfortable, leaves marks & I can only use it laying down due to the weight.
This one from Sensse is amazing!! Soft, soo comfortable to wear, it's light weight so I can use it sitting up, walking around and my skin looks & feels great after use. It's also wireless and don't need to be connected to the mains due to a rechargeable battery! I'm so glad I purchased it!
Poor quality not built to last
It was okay but I have had it for just over a year and not used it that much but already the lights aren't working in parts of the mask and the battery needs to be recharged after a couple of uses. The quality seems poor especially for how expensive it is, if it isn't built to last.

I was given a Sensse LED mask Christmas 2025 - the control unit now no longer lights up when the power button pressed - obviously now over 12 months old so out of warranty. Loved using it but won’t replace with a Sensse brand if they only last a year.

I bought a Sensse LED SkinLift Face and Neck Toner Device from Boots. After a couple of months, part of the item went faulty (it still lit up, but there wasnt the buzzing/vibrating part working). I sent their customer service a video/email and also the proof of order from Boots, plus the despatch note from when it was delivered. Danielle responded almost immediately, arranged (at no cost to me) for the item to be returned to them and tested. I was kept up to date all the way through, and they confirmed a replacement would be sent. I use the item every other day and I can certainly see a difference in the quality of my skin.
If you are buying one, just make sure you keep all the receipts so you have it all to hand if you have an issue. Great customer service. Thanks so much.

Bought a neck LED mask for my mum and it broke instantly.
They haven't helped or supplied a refund, and I'm still stuck with a broken LED neck mask for my mum :|. There are better companies out there.

I’ve been using my 8 Light Elite LED mask from Sensse Beauty for about two weeks now, and I’m so glad I chose this one! I didn’t want a stiff, plastic mask, so after lots of research I went for the soft silicone version from this company, it’s so comfortable to wear. It sits perfectly across my face without feeling heavy or awkward. I’ve been alternating between the anti-aging and rejuvenating settings, and my skin already looks visibly improved! What a fantastic mask… definitely worth it!

I bought an LED mask from Sensse a year and a half ago and it completely stopped working. At first, I thought it was the charger, so I even wasted money buying another one from them. Later I found out it was the mask itself that was faulty.
When I contacted their customer service, all they did was hide behind the excuse that I “didn’t register for the warranty.” Nobody ever told me I had to do that in the first place. That’s just their way of avoiding responsibility.
This company is a total scam. They sell overpriced products that break down far too quickly and then refuse to stand by them. Avoid Sensse at all costs — they don’t care about their customers, only about taking your money.

Great product and customer service
I contacted the company to ask for advice on best product for my specific skin need. The company replied within 24 hours. I have now purchased my first product which is the LED neck mask which I have opened this morning. Packaging lovely, product is great quality and easy to follow instructions. I have trialed it on red for 5 mins on neck and it is very comfortable and I am super excited to see what results this continues to make. It has mentally made me feel more positive about myself and I feel glowing after just one use. I will be purchasing the firmify and face mask next payday :)
Superb customer service
Superb customer service. After ordering a Sensse item from Boots online, and not receiving it, Boots customer services were appalling. The item had not been delivered and after trying unsuccessfully to contact Boots, I resorted to contacting Sensse to see if they could help. Within a matter of hours, my enquiry had been dealt with and sorted in a speedy and efficient way. (Turns out that Evri had delivered my parcel and left it in the front garden behind a plant pot a week earlier and failed to let me know!). Danielle in customer service sent me the delivery photo and asked me to check around my property and I found it. Had she not, the parcel would have been left there forever! Thank you, Danielle, for your super quick sorting of this matter. Would highly recommend if this is the level of customer service you receive. 😊

Much improved battery life
The battery life is very poor. I use the automatic programme, which runs for 15 minutes. After charging the controller until all the lights are lit, I attach it to the cable on the mask. I never leave the cable plugged in on charge. I’ve read that I’m supposed to get eight uses but I only get three if I’m lucky.
I contacted the company and they sent a new controller very quickly. Great customer service and now my mask is charged and ready to go!

The Amber LED light in the SENSSE Professional LED Face Mask has been instrumental in addressing these issues. It’s specifically designed to help with sun damage, and after consistent use, I’ve noticed a significant reduction in dark spots. My skin tone is more even, and the mask has helped fade some of the discoloration I’ve struggled with for years. If you’re dealing with sunspots or uneven pigmentation, this mask is a powerful tool.

Studies show to be effective at all a mask needs to have a irradiance level of a minimum 30 mw/cm2 the level of red light on this mask is 6.826mw/cm2!
Instead of stating this the company tries to mislead you by telling you the total of all light colours added together! This product will do absolutely nothing and I am gutted I realised this after spending my money.
There is loads of masks on the market which operate a radiance of 30mw/cm2 please shop around.
Additionally this company did try to get this review deleted, thankfully I still have all of my order details so they’ve failed to do so.

Good warranty and customer service
I bought the SENSSE LED face mask and used it consistently for 10 months. I do believe it works but the changes are small, slow and gradual so you have to be patient and realistic in your expectations. Just before the 1 year mark a few of the lights stopped working and when I contacted SENSSE I was very impressed with the professionalism of their customer service team who sent me a replacement mask. For this reason I would definitely recommend this brand if you want to try an LED mask as it is good value for money and a reliable brand with good customer service/warranty

HELPFUL AND INFORMATIVE
I am on skin medication and so before I bought the new ELITE LED face mask from SENSSE I emailed them to see if this would be a problem, as this model has 8 light settings and is a stronger version of the one I have. They were helpful and quick to respond and helped me with a weekly plan to use both skincare and the LED mask - I’m already seeing a difference in the quality of my skin - after 3 weeks / so happy with the overall experience.
Loving the face mask
Loving the face mask. Only downside is the battery is only lasting 3 uses on the red led. I have charged the battery as per instructions.
Also the black rubber around the eyes is hard and pulls on the skin.
