The description says white and black it’s really grey and black. The material feels weird. I requested a refund, they gave me a hard time. After going back and forth they finally agreed to give me a refund. On January 8, 2025 they said they processed my refund. it’s February 4 and I haven’t received a refund. I disputed it with my bank.
After I dispute the charge with my bank I received an email stating their apology they forgot to submit my refund on February 2, 2025. it’s March 9th and still haven’t received my refund.The description says white and black it’s really grey and black. After waiting several weeks for my curtain order to arrive, including a mistaken email that it was on its way, I was very disappointed in how the curtains looked in the room, with the orange clashing with the rose beige walls and the white too stark for the beige trim. I checked the rest of the house, but could not find a suitable place. However, the return policy is quite strict and only applies to damaged or defective goods. I was only offered a 20% discount on a new order, which does not help me recoup any of the money I already spent. I highly recommend staying away from this company.
