SheMed have been really great, the communication about my treatment has been good and they always respond fast. The app is good and so are the little extras such as the care kit. I’m glad I chose them as my provider.

I’ve been charged £59 for a blood test…

I’ve been charged £59 for a blood test kit that never arrived. This is not acceptable. I was unable to contact SheMed for various reasons and eventually when I did they said because the order had been dispatched they couldnt refund me the full amount of £139.
They are very quick to take your money and the. You don’t get the correct service from them. I definitely do not recommend this company. Seems like they are part of Shein which had I known before hand I would never have ordered from them

I haven’t had such a fulfilling…

I haven’t had such a fulfilling experience of consistent weight loss that has worked for me, for many years. Having someone check and monitor my progress is great. The process of taking weekly jabs is also good and I have benefitted from being able to afford the medication on this trial. I wish it could continue for another year. However, all good things come to an end,
I am looking forward to staying with shemed on my weight loss journey and the offer of a discount due to rising costs is another incentive and great benefit I will be taking up from your service. Thank you Shemed. .

wonderful experience

I have had a wonderful experience i have lost just over 1 stone in this time which i am happy with due to not wanting to lose fast to prevent lose skin.
They have great communication and like to check on how ypu are feeling and will discuss if your happy on ypur dosage and what they recommend.

Illegal practices that contravene customer duty rights and should be investigated by the medical and financial regulator. Do not do business with SheMed. They don’t even reply to customer support/ service requests re cancellation of order etc - a common theme across these reviews

Awful company

I canx my account and was told over the phone and via email that no money would be taken and I would not receive another pen if I did not fill out the refill questionaire, I kept the email just incase and yes I was charged and not only another pen sent out but in a higher dose! I have had only one check in in the first week and then canx, 3 weeks later they without my say so took money and upped my dose without any checks, it says a clinician has reviewed my refill questionnaire but never did one, I sent emails as I want my money back as I was told no money would be taken, I copied the email and sent to shemed and no one has contacted me back, I’m baffled that they have sent out a higher dose of medication without any review either, and no check ins for 3 weeks. I will be taking this further.
Also a day after receiving the medication my account was canx, how can you send a months worth of medication then canx my account the next day so I have no check ins? My point exactly that they don care about your wellbeing and just money grabbers. I can’t contact them on my account page anymore either they have shut it down!

Ive been with Shemed for just over a…

Ive been with Shemed for just over a year and have had no issues with deliveries or service. The pricing with Mounjaro is unfortunate and not their fault.
Recently had a query regarding how my weekly checkins would work when im on holidays and recieved very quick advice and reassurance from Nothando.
Would highly recommend Shemed.

Great service

Great, reassuring service. When I read some of the worrying comments online about some other suppliers (no checks, etc), I feel reassured that my wellbeing is in good hands.
The whole onboarding process has been easy to understand a follow, and the app is intuitive and straightforward.

Be VERY AWARE

Be VERY AWARE. They are very fast in sending the blood test kit. BUT if you want to cancel
once the kits been sent, don't expect your £75 back even if you've not opened the test kit. In the small print. They will only refund £16

This is because all of our products are subject to strict health and safety standards. Our blood test kits, supplement packs and medication are sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection and hygiene reasons. However, as you haven’t used any of our other services, we can process a partial refund from your initial payment.

During the checkout process, all customers are required to review and accept our terms and conditions before completing their first purchase. These outline how our service works, including our refund policy. As we provide prescribed medications and regulated medical products, we are legally required to follow strict prescription and dispensing guidelines.

Ridiculously long and drawn out.

This is a ridiculously long and drawn out process. First they take your mo ey up front but then you have to wait 2 weeks for the blood test kit to arrive. It was not clear that you had to do a hone test kit prior to them sending the product. If this was the case, they should not have taken the money up front. Then because of Xmas I had to wait over a week to ring to register the blood test. Then no one connected on the call. I emailed and got no reply.

Finally after getting through I sent off the test and had to wait another week and fill out another I'd form to get the meds.

They took so long that I risked being without meds so I had to buy from another supplier. Ironically, their assessment process took 5 days in delivery. So I started the other one before this one arrived. Which meant the at I haven't run out before they tried taking money. I attempted to cancel but no one answered the call and took 3 days to get an email which was just a standard what's your dob email. So yet another delay.
I haven't spoken to anyone or answered any questions to say how the product works, which is what they market themselves on. But they now say I cannot cancel because no news means I want to carry on with the same dose, which I dont. They also don't have a cancel option online. All the other big companies do. They make you email 3 or 4 times just confirming details and then say it's too late to cancel. They are rude and quite honestly, they bend the system.
These are by far the worst company for this product. I've used others, and they all have month to month cancel options. These have a 28 day notice on a mo th to month which means you have to cancel the day after you order if you don't know how you will react or have side effects. That's ridiculous. Scammers imp. I will be reporting to trading standards.

We’ve reviewed your account and can confirm that your blood test kit was dispatched promptly and delivered within 28 hours of purchase, prior to the Christmas period. We did not receive any contact from you at that time indicating an issue with delivery or requesting a replacement kit.
As outlined on our website and during checkout, completion of a blood test is a mandatory clinical step before medication can be prescribed. These requirements, along with our auto-payment cycle, cancellation notice period, and refund policy, are clearly detailed in the terms and conditions that all customers must review and accept before joining. As a regulated provider of prescription-only medication, we are legally required to follow these processes.

We also send automated notifications and in-app prompts at each stage to guide customers through the next steps. Our records show that appropriate information and responses were provided throughout your onboarding.

Regarding cancellation, our terms specify that cancellations require a minimum notice period. If notice is received outside this window, the upcoming payment applies and cancellation takes effect from the following cycle. Where clinical services have already been delivered or medication has been issued or prepared, charges for that cycle still apply.

Loss 3 st 7lbs. Plus my Diabetes is in reverse

The experience has been good loss 3 Stones and 7 pounds. Would of liked to 5 Stones. I didn't have any side effects on any of the injections. Towards the end I was changed from Mounjaro 15 mg, to Wegovy 2.4 mg. Due price increase. Which I think has slowed my weight loss down.. but I am alot better for losing the weigh. My GP phoned me to say she is pleased my diabetes is showing it is in reverse and wants me stop taking Metformin.
