I ordered a laser hair remover & warranty in nov 2022, a Xmas gift, I never received it even though it said delivered after many emails w/no response then back & forth & finally got a email 1/25/23 saying that I would be refunded back to my original payment method. Then after nothing hit my acct I emailed again, I received a reply saying that my account had been refunded $10 for the warranty that I paid $12 for & a link for a credit that didn’t work & they claimed would be automatically placed on my acct but that was impossible because I checked out as a guest I never made a acct so how can I claim the mystery “credit” & still no response to 3 emails asking them the same thing & also to honor their refund policy clearly stated in the previous emails
