High customer service and quality silk

I purchased two items and one wasn’t true to size. I love the short pjs. Quality is amazing. I know silk and its quality. Anna wrote back to me with options but I suggested another option and everything worked out well. I was delivered with a high level of customer service. Again high quality beautiful silk single thread which is the highest quality. The workmanship high quality. I just purchased two more items and will purchase the doona set. Thank you Silksilky. Horrible Experience

Wish I could give a zero. I ordered my package 6 weeks before my fiancé’s birthday and it was lost in transit. I even purchased the Worry Free insurance and it made it worse. This is an excuse for the company to defer all problems to Seel, the insurance company.
They refuse to resend the package I ordered. They will also only respond to customer service emails once a day. Not productive at all.
Spare your time and money and do not order from this company.

EVERYTHING IS TOO SMALL

I ordered multiple items from this company hoping to pay a heavy prices items I will receive higher quality
Turns out all of them are realistically small and returning the product is time consuming and I have to pay for shipping. The quality of the material is also questionable. Be aware and do your research before ordering .

If I could give zero stars I would. Item received is completely different to what is on the website. The measurements did not match the website. SilkSilky agreed to a refund and to reimburse my shipping cost. Surprise- they did not. I returned the product. Surprise- they did not issue a refund. Now I am over $300 down the drain for nothing. THIS IS A SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Their products might be made of silk but the actual garment construction is so poor that they look very unflattering when you wear them. I emailed them to return the products and they still have not gotten back to me (a week later). I had the use the chat function online to get a return address. It cost me $30 from Australia to return two garments which probably cost less than that to make them in China.

Silk degrades quickly. Sizing way off.

After about 3 hand washes, the fabric is thinning near the armpits, almost like it's been pulled apart on both sides. I only noticed because it is puckering and won't steam out. If held up to light, you can see through it.

Also the sizing is very small. I'm 5'4" and 120 lbs. and I had to return a Small set and order a Medium to get the PJ set to fit -- the rise in the shorts VERY short, so if you have a high waist don't bother ordering the PJ sets. I had to alter the shorts. Wish I hadn't bothered with that, as the silk is degrading so fast I don't think these will last a year. I wish I could attach pics.
Their customer service offered me a 20% discount to reorder as a consolation, but why throw good money after bad. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Areas that experience frequent movement or tension may show thinning or puckering earlier if the fabric is not handled with extra care. We always recommend gentle hand washing in cold water, using a silk-specific detergent, avoiding twisting or wringing, and laying flat to dry to help preserve the fabric’s integrity.

That said, your feedback about the durability is extremely important to us, and we take it seriously. Silk garments should provide a reasonable lifespan when properly cared for, and we regret that this was not your experience.

Regarding sizing, we understand your frustration. Fit can vary depending on body proportions and personal preferences, particularly for pajama sets where rise and comfort are key.
