Love Sips berlin - great selecton and reliable shipping !

Rarely available wines and convenient overall online shopping experience.

The selection I get every months is really good and delivery is smooth with DHL and also customare care is suoer fast and responsive!

Support doesn't work, there was no response to my emails, messages.
The offered discount didn't work.
Delivery within Berlin took three days.
(distance between the Sips warehouse and the delivery point- 20min)
All in all my experience with Sips is more like two stars, I just don't like leaving bad reviews.

I wrote an email asking then for special delivery details offering pay extra expenses but no one responded, delivery came late after my event and it cause me problems. Communication is key for successful business.

All wines we got from them are just top notch and delivered fast.

wines came safe and sound - a little late but i was told this was a problem with DHL so all good (i know the pain).

However, I selected an additional option of a hand written note, however the package came with no note, only a blank card.

Maybe I misunderstood the idea of it.

wine was lost upon delivery,
but rather soon a new crate was sent over without doubt. Really good service.

I would love to give all stars what do I got, but unfortunately, I still didn't get any of all of my parcel

Best wines you can get. They have a really great selection and you can choose blind from what their offer and end up delighted. The customer service is competent and quick to respond. I can personally recommend the subscription model to discover various varieties and expand your taste.

My experience with Sips Berlin was excellent. I was coming over from the uk and wanted a special bottle and Sips Berlin made sure my bottle was posted to my hotel in due time so I could take it back to the UK with me. I’m still yet to pop the cork but I’m waiting for the right occasion. Thanks again for a lovely experience. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to browse/purchase fine wines.
