closure of my Slash accounts
I am very disappointed with Slash Banking. My accounts were closed even though I had zero transactions and had not actively used them, yet they were deemed a “risk” without explanation.
If there were any issues with my business or documentation, I do not understand why my account was approved initially. I had linked this account to my online marketplaces, and now it has been closed suddenly, without any clear reason or policy reference.
The lack of transparency and communication has been very frustrating. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Slash to other small business owners, especially those just starting out.
I hope Slash improves its customer support and clearly communicates policies to avoid situations like this.

Disputes Denied Despite Following Provided Process
My company has been using Slash’s services for some time. We encountered issues with several transactions and initiated disputes by following Slash’s documented process on their website.
After the disputes were opened and VISA investigations began, Slash emailed us requesting additional information to support the cases. We gathered the requested documentation and uploaded it through Slash’s online portal prior to the stated deadline, as instructed.
Some time later, we received notification that the disputes were denied. The reason given was that the requested information had not been provided in time, and the investigations could not be completed. Because all documentation was submitted through Slash’s portal, we had no independent confirmation or record showing that the uploads were received or transmitted.
When we contacted a Slash representative for clarification, we were told there were no records of the submissions and that no further action could be taken. As a result, the disputes were closed without consideration of the materials we had provided.

The only thing I dont like about Slash is the minimum transfer limit which is $100 & there is no proper app for android. But other than that, everything is flawless.

I experienced $17,371 in unauthorized charges on my business card. I disputed them immediately. The dispute was denied without any evidence or explanation being shared.
Since then:
Account managers have blocked me on WhatsApp
The support number has been unreachable for over a week
No written clarity, no transparency, no ownership
This is not just about one dispute.
It points to a deeper issue where business owners are expected to absorb five-figure losses quietly, with no visibility into how decisions are made.
If a U.S.-issued business card can lose $17K overnight and no one is accountable, then “security” is just a marketing term.
I have now escalated this matter through formal regulatory channels.
For other business owners: please do serious due diligence before trusting critical cash flow to any platform that goes silent when things go wrong.
Transparency is not optional when it’s someone else’s money.
