Really happy with the rings I bought!
Excellent quality and very fast delivery.
I ordered one of the rings a bit too big and I wanted it exchanged for a smaller one and it was easy-peasy. Customer service helped and in not more than a week I had new ring.
Will buy again, highly recommend!

Have an issue with the order and tried to contact 3 times with no response. Order due to arrive tomorrow

Fast delivery, beautiful jewelry!

Placed an order for £87, website states you won’t pay duty and import fees under £135.

9.50pm the night before delivery day I get an invoice from FedEx stating I have £25 duty and import fees to pay. Contacted the seller and FedEx to ask why, initially got a response from the seller saying they’d contacted FedEx to rectify, FedEx have no record of contact from them and the seller has not responded since. Couldn’t even decline the order as I would still have to pay. So now stuck paying fees when I would never have ordered if I knew I’d have to.

For the price, the quality also isn’t great. It’s a nice design but I’ve paid the same for much heavier silver rings.

All round disappointing.

Updated to reflect resolution of fees. Took a while and It was hard to get confirmation of the fees invoice being cancelled and plenty of back and forth but eventually was resolved and the brand helped. Ideally the brand would have resolved the issue without me having to deal with FedEx which was a draining experience.

hi! you need to work on your customer focus and interest in your customers, not just sales. I spent a long time asking for answers in all messengers, reminding them of myself several times to get an answer to my problem.
the size chart is also very inconvenient: you have sizes 16.6 and 17.2, for example, my finger is 17.
I wanted to give myself a birthday present, but ended up with a ring that is not my size and unpleasant aftertaste inside. I did not want to deal with sending the purchase back and waiting another week for an answer from the manager, so I kept the ring for myself, but I have no desire to cooperate with your brand

I’m really into design and form – total freak for it, honestly – and this is one of the few brands that actually satisfies me with its product portfolio. Just received my third order and once again, it’s absolutely top-notch. Seriously impressive stuff.
