Diane at SmartTrace resolved my query…

Diane at SmartTrace resolved my query very quickly and thoroughly. I had been emailed by a similar sounding scam company saying I needed to update my cat’s details giving all erroneous details. I queried it with SmartTrace obviously worried should my cat be lost and Diane dealt with my actual correct registration details which needed updating. Very relieved.

Bree to the rescue again

Bree to the rescue again! I have a client that always brings me a single pup to chip which of course does not trigger the “transfer to breeder account button” each time I write to Smarttrace and pup is added to the breeders account very swiftly, thanks against Bree😊

Have just paid £25 to change address, I could have been absolutely anyone. In spite of registering my pup with them over 4 years ago website said no record so had to fill in new owner, dog colour wrong, date of birth wrong,

Bree was very helpful in more ways than one

Bree was very helpful. She quickly replied to my query about how to change the details and then after I was saying I had done it, she then pointed out that I had been scammed by a company pretending to be a chip company and to contact me bank. This proved correct and I did contact my bank and the breeder where the pup was bought from. It transpires another person had been scammed on the same website so Bree helped both of us. Well done Bree 👏👏👏

Excellent customer service

Ordered a scanner and it arrived promptly with a voucher for 10 free chips but I couldn’t get the code to work so I contacted them and a lovely lady called Bree sorted it out and the chips were promptly sent.
