Does not stand by their order

Even when our product list has previously been accepted by Canadian customs, clearance ultimately remains subject to inspection and the discretion of the customs authorities. As outlined in our Terms and Conditions, regulations can change without notice and requirements vary by country, which means issues may still arise despite our best efforts. By placing an order, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, including that if a shipment is refused or returned by customs, we are unable to issue a refund and we cannot reship the order.

That is a direct email from them, if the order is sent back or kept they do not reship or refund. Terrible website order from any other website.

Purchasing snus from Canada

On 18 Aug 2025 I purchased 110.68$ snus from snusline. They shipped it on time but Canada border didn't clear it and package was returned to the sender. I asked for a refund but snusline refused to do that and told me that it is not their responsibility, so I lost 110.68 dollars in business with them. If you order from Canada through snusline be aware that you risk your money.

I placed an order worth €350, lost it all.

I placed an order worth €350 to Australia. It got rejected by customs which is one thing, but Snusline will just hide behind their policies, get your order destroyed and offer nothing to work with the customer. It took over a month to even find out what happened.

I ended up out of my money, no option to try to reship and not even offered a discount or some way to try and get a bit of money back.

Do not order from these guys, go to a company that does not just keep your money if something goes wrong and tries to look after a consistent customer.

Very quick delivery to Scotland

Once again a very quick delivery from Snusline to Glasgow, Scotland. I ordered on the Sunday and it arrived via UPS on the Thursday. I would recommend UPS if you live in Britain, a bit more expensive but worth it. First order earlier in the year was a bit slow as it was coming through the mail. Again, really good dates on the snus. I really everything about this company, they are fantastic. Top marks from me. Thanks

Excellent and trustworthy

I’m in the U.K. and I’ve used snusline for around 2 years, I’ve never had an issue when using the UPS option, takes 5 days from order to my fridge. My delivery arrived this morning and wanted to say thanks for the extra gift enclosed. Keep up the excellent work.

Very Happy to be buying from Snusline

Very Happy to be buying from Snusline. I received my order very quickly, in less than a month, which is great for my remote location in Northern Canada. It sailed through customs with no problem .. they charged me only 6$ per can duty, which I can live with. Very good company, good communication, Have just happily reordered!

Today it's very popular to use chewing…

Today it's very popular to use chewing tobacco and this is quite an interesting shop cause the variety of Snus here is big.
I am used to smoking vapes, but now I have switched to snus because I don't need to bother about e liquids and dispensables. The only thing that bothers me if the pack is in the pocket :)
I understand that it's more harmful and all that, especially if you take the pack of Snus with the highest concentration of nicotine, nevertheless everything is damaging that refers to nicotine.
I don't know. I don't care much about this. I just enjoy my life and this is it.

It’s always interesting to see a company to decline responsibility when customer in good faith paid for a purchase
As I have mentioned the reason for the item not received is due to package being mislabelled ,I have this written which I can share with yourselves
Now please explain to me how and why I should be responsible for this while it’s your company’s responsibility to label packages correctly
You did mention that it’s been rejected by customs
Has it been sent back to yourselves ? If so why can’t this be refunded ?
It’s very easy for anyone reading this to understand the circumstances you have created and by that avoid paying customers refunds
I have ordered from many companies over the years and I have never encountered one who doesn’t consider customers rights when items ordered not received
With regards to email correspondence I need to bring this to your attention that I was told “ if you don’t like it don’t order from us “
Is this the level you consider customer service

Secondly, tracking shows the package is still in the UK. It was not sent back to us.

We do not mislabel anything, the labels are printed out automatically in coordination with the Postnord/Royal Mail system.

Please provide solid evidence for your accusations and send them to [email protected]
We will then investigate and get back to you. Until then, nothing can be done.

I don't know from where you ordered in the past, I only know that you placed many orders with us without any issues.

You are informed regarding rules and regulations on our website and you of course don't have to proceed with the order in case you don't agree.

Ordering from Canada

I thought I would share my experience as someone ordering from Canada, in case there are others here thinking about ordering into Canada.

Most snus companies won't even attempt to deliver snus into Canada, as Canadian customs can be "tricky." I found Snusline after some searching and saw that were willing to deliver to Canada, but with a very clear warning that they've had issues with Canadian customs in the past, where customs put import charges on packages, or even refused to accept the package and send it back. So I ordered 10 packs of Lundgrens Skane Stark from Snusline, willing to take a chance with any possible issues with Canadian customs, as snus is not readily available at all in Canada. I paid $40 for the 10 packs, plus $20 shipping and handling. Unfortunately, Canada went on to experience the postal strike, which delayed my package for a month (nothing to do with Snusline). When the postal strike finished, my package went to Customs for inspection. I ended up having to pay a total of $139 in customs charges, bringing the grand total to $200 for 10 packs of Snus. While this is not ideal, I knew there was a high chance of having to pay taxes and import charges, or even not receiving my package at all, due to the warning Snusline had given on their website.

All in all, I'm just happy to have finally received my snus, even if I had to pay taxes. I can't fault Snusline for their service. They clearly warned they had issues with Canadian customs in the past, and I took my chances. Yes, I paid more in tax than for the product itself, but tobacco products are already heavily taxed anyway. So all in all, Snusline did their job, and also warned that there may be issues with customs. At the end of the day, they delivered and were transparent about everything. So despite the issues with the Canadian postal strike and import charges, Snusline did their part. And I finally have some high quality snus!

Oh, and they included a couple of chocolates in the box! Nice touch!

I hope this helps others living in Canada.

Great Products List and Fantastic…

Great Products List and Fantastic Customer service. I just order from UK and get my product held by customs with a huge customs fees (168 £). Snusline Customer Service help me and give me all the process to be refunded and it's work ! I get my money back. I highly recommend!!!!

In the case that you incurr in additional import taxes and duties and you refuse to pay the above taxes and duties they keep the items and the money. Their policy is simple: They dont care if you get what you paid for. They keep the money tho! Customer care not helpful. Unfortunate!

Several clear warnings are placed on our website before and after a purchase regarding possible customs fees. Customers are warned and informed.
When contacting customer service, you receive a whole explenation plus useful links about how to get the customs fee back.
Complaining after these warnings and explenation is unfortunate.

Product goes missing they say not their problem...They are deceitful..Oh we ship anywhere, they say , then big taxes arrive...

Complete BS ..My package was clearly returned yet suddenly they know nothing... Now you reply yet I've sent numerous emails.

I really do not recommend..Look at their reviews. Every time a package doesn't arrive they fall back on the ""oh you clicked this box " saying not their problem... Also, don't believe for a second you won't be taxed..That too, they say is " not their problem

In general, a package is not returned without reason. Usually the reason is customs in the country of destination. The responsibility lies with the customer in that case as stated clearly on our website.
It's possible as wel that a customer was not available for delivery/pick up or refused to accept the package due to any reason.
In these cases there are no refunds/reshipments as mentioned very clear on our website as well. When you place an order, you manually confirm that you have read and agreed with the terms.
Taxes can be expected, as we warn about them on our website.
If you refuse your order because of taxes, you obviously won't be refunded.
