Damaged delivery, wrong delivery, mediocre customer service
A couple of bullet points for those who decide whether to buy in this shop or not:
1. The transportation company will just leave the 200 kg shipping on a pallet in front of your house and by no means will help you to get it inside. Especially be warned, if your house doesn’t have a lift.
2. Before you get your 200 kg inside the apartment, unpack the delivery and check it for damages and don't be surprised to find some.
3. After you manage to get your damaged wardrobe into your apartment on second floor don't be surprized it's not your shipment! And not even a wardrobe at all...
4. To reach the company by phone, you need another week. However, if you publish a bad review, Mr. Stefan Meidl will call you and steal 20 minutes of your time to offer you 60 CHF (cost of delivery) in order to remove the review.
4. In one week bring the bloody 200 kg down on the street. Remember: the transportation company won't help you.
5. In another one week be ready to greet the delivery with some strong supporting team
6. And all this to pay 800 (+ delivery) CHF for a mediocre to poor-quality of materials, made in Eastern Europe.
7. Don’t be surprised if you can’t reach Mr Stefan Meidl anymore, asking to send some replacement for the poor-quality screws.
