Sold tickets, it's been 3 months and no money, even though I have contacted them 5 times.

Never got the tickets I paid for

Bought tickets on StubHub 4 month prior to an event, and knew I was supposed to get the tickets two days before the event. When that didn't happen I called StubHub Customer Service on the morning of the day before the event. 30 mins wait time, friendly service agent saying they would make sure I got the tickets that day. I did not. Called StubHub Customer Service again on the morning of the event. 30 mins wait time, friendly service agent saying that I would get the tickets within 2 hours. I did not. 1 hour before the event I had to purchase other tickets at a very high price and with worse seating. I had travelled to Germany from Denmark to this event, so that's why I bought another set of tickets. I had already paid for flights, hotel etc., so it was quite stressful not having the tickets I had paid for.

Not living up to their Event Guarantee and not getting me tickets even though their customer service promised me that several times, is simply treating the customer so poorly, that it shouldn't be allowed.

Stay away from StubHub!

Stay away from StubHub. I bought overpriced tickets several months before an event. The owner never sent them to me. A week before the event I relisted them for sale because I had to move to another city in the meantime. The original owner sent the tickets to my buyer 2 hours before the event. That was way too late for her to travel to the event site. And she did not even get the actual tickets but screenshots of them. I called StubHub over and over again a day before the event to prevent this situation from happening. Had several incompetent people on the phone. I don’t know if my buyer got her money back—I didn’t. StubHub promised me to reimburse me but…nothing. The entire experience felt very scammy.

Not recommended

I cannot recommend this site. The tickets only arrived one or two days before the match, and they were not Category 1 as promised. Instead, we were seated all the way at the very top, with no real view of the players. Yet we paid around €600 for this. Very disappointing experience.

ABSOLUTE SHAMBLE OF A COMPANY!!! AVOID!!!

This company will sell your tickets without your knowledge hours before the event starts if they are able to sell for more!!

I will happily name Shayla to be the worst most useless customer service agent I have dealt with. It was very obvious she never took on board or actioned anything we asked when we called first thing this morning… absolute liar… and so when we called back an hour and a half later, we hear that ‘our’ tickets had been sold to someone else. quotation marks as obviously purchasing, paying hundreds on tickets with this company means nothing. She was very standoffish, very difficult and was only alert and listening to what we were actually saying after we lost the tickets.

We had then been offered tickets with no view, limited sound with no refund at all. We suggested tickets available on the website that were right next to ‘ours’, we were denied these. Presumably because these were 3 tickets and would mean you missing out on selling one for your error.. i appreciate the hustle but your customer service team is ‘full’ of completely incompetent people. refunds do not cover for the absolute lack of professionalism.

Our first time using this company and will be our last. I wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. Yes, I am a UK customer, yes I have left this review on all their pages however, I believe if a company can operate so unethically in one country this is a true reflection of them internationally. It is also quite concerning that you need this many names to hide behind.. and all your other trust pilot pages are rated 2.6.. 🤣

Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you would like an ear full will be happy to provide. You clearly do have my number on which you could have contacted me before reselling my tickets if there were an issue?…

Auch ich habe 2 Adele Tickets für den 10.8.24 gekauft und nie eine Email erhalten. [#888230] Stubhub hat sogar zugegeben, dass die Tickets noch geliefert werden.

Update nach Erhalt des hier hinterlassenen Kommentars von Stubhub.de !!!!!!!
Nach 2 Moanten rief mich eine Dame an, das Geld wurde nach 2 Monaten rückerstattet. Aber ich muss betonen, dass es zuvor immer hiess, dass ich eine App hätte downloaden müssen. Ich weiss bis heute nicht, von welcher App die Rede war. Aber ich bin dankbar, dass der Betrag erstattet wurde. Die Dame, die anrief war sehr höflich.

I purchased the tickets on the 11th of July and was supposed to get the tickets between 6th – 8th of August. Until today, I haven’t received the tickets.
