We recently worked with Anthony at Studio Grieveson. on a side extension to our 1930's house.

Anthony was brilliant from start to finish.
He really understood what we wanted to achieve on our budget and had great ideas of what could work within the space. We loved his designs and he made the process so easy for us.

Anthony always proposed the most sustainable materials to use and the most cost effective way of achieving something special.

He did all the council applications on our behalf, and dealt with building control. He found the team of builders and would regularly check that they were working to the correct specifications.

Anthony saved us a lot of money by researching different suppliers and finding cheaper alternatives than we could find ourselves.

Anthony is so knowledgable about every aspect of building, planning and design - even down to smaller details like curtain track, radiator valves and grout protector!

We'd pretty much given up on the idea of the extension until we met Anthony.

We couldn't be happier with the process and the end results.
We would 100% recommend Studio Grieveson to anyone.

5 stars isn’t enough! We worked with Anthony at Studio Grieveson on an extension of our ground floor flat in North London.

We originally were introduced through a recommendation on Instagram and after a couple of messages, he came out for a site visit. It was clear from the beginning that Anthony is incredibly knowledgeable in the field and had some great ideas for our extension which we hadn’t even thought of! He suggested we put a skylight in the shower which my partner and I were slightly skeptical about, however looking back now it is the best thing we ever did as it brings so much light into the space. He carefully considered all aspects of living; including lighting, symmetry, space, ecological impact and most importantly listened to how we actually live and what works for us specifically.

He spent countless hours drawing and amending our floor plans and virtual designs, and nothing was too much trouble. He was the level headed and non-biased party when my partner and I couldn’t agree on certain design choices. He gave us advice and guided us through the Leasehold process of applying for a license to alter (as first time renovators we had no clue ourselves!) all free of charge! Not to mention his services were very reasonably priced.

He also recommended the structural engineer and the most amazing builders which we then went onto use for the project. Even after his services were done, he has kept in touch visiting the site and we’ll definitely invite him back once it’s all finished!

I truly don’t believe our home would look how incredible as it does without Anthony! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Studio Grieveson for anyone looking to do a similar project!!

I used Studio Grieveson for a complete renovation of post war steel framed semi detached house. I would say that the project was full of unknowns for me as this was my first house and steel framed.

Studio Grieveson was with us on each and every step right from the initial pre purchase survey till the final handover of keys. Anthony is a very skilled architect who not only ensures the build quality is excellent but also have so much more to offer when it comes to interiors, practical use of space, planning permission to all the latest modern smart home related topics.

He brings a lot of experience with him and always try to find the best possible outcome for the end customer.

We met Anthony and he exceeded our expectations, delivering a detailed plan, submitted the application, followed up with council, got the tender documents ready, helped in builder selection and then every step of build he was there to ensure we are getting best value for money.

His communication was seamless, and friendly demeanour ensured a very friendly relation between architect and builder. The entire experience was enjoyable. I highly recommend them for their exceptional service and talent.

I would hire Studio Grieveson without any hesitation for any small to large scale extension/renovation/new builds.
