I STRONGLY ADVICE DO NOT SEND MONEY
I strongly advise against doing business with this website.
In my experience, this company has zero respect for its customers. In the past, when they did deliver, the quality was absolutely terrible—cheap, poorly made, and nowhere near what was advertised. I gave them another chance anyway, which turned out to be a huge mistake.
This time, they took my money and never delivered anything at all. I was left waiting for over two months with nothing but excuses and delays. No product. No real updates. No accountability.
When I finally reached the point of demanding answers or a resolution, their behavior became even worse. Instead of taking responsibility, they were rude, dismissive, and aggressive. That’s not how a legitimate business treats paying customers—especially customers they’ve already failed.
This feels less like a business and more like a cash grab. Once they have your money, they clearly don’t care what happens next. Poor quality, broken promises, endless waiting, and hostile communication—this website checks all the red flags.
Save yourself the frustration, stress, and lost money. There are far better and more trustworthy options out there.
Update:
The seller talks about how they messed up on another client's money for $150 and they claim that somebody else has spent $5K. It's embarrassing to acknowledge this. But either way, that's how they do business. Super scary to just send money to complete strangers for them just to scam you and then blackmail you if you exercise your rights as a customer.

Us? 2nd you and your wife have been regular customers you people ordered watches at great discounts which we generally don’t offer on bank transfer payments, you people always gave us positive feedback about ohr products.
Even though it was tough to do business with you & your partner at such discounts cause on weekends and due to differences in time zones, despite being a regular customer you would get paranoid over a delayed response which is something we noticed only with you people, We still did out of respect for a returning customer but you never complained, and kept buying and kept leaving negative reviews about us and to prove all that I even have a chat screenshot from our chat with Gisella and our chat with you Mr. Eli.
Right now getting Watches as difficult, but however, we manage to get them and getting spare parts is more difficult. I hope you understand the infrastructure and the logistics of the business we are in is highly sensitive to the external factors as well. We do our best and sometimes things can get delayed yes but not always which is not a news because people who buy from us are understanding, knowledgeable and experienced to know undergr*und stuff and that’s why you kept buying from us for so long and they also trust in us because we are known to clarify things upfront if there are any such delays which we did in your case, but since it was a spare part, the delay is inevitably long enough, which we take full responsibility and how much did you pay us for the bracelet $150 and how many Watches have you bought from us so far? worth around $5K-6K? so if we wanted to scam you why we did NOT scam you for a big amount and rather for $150 bracelet risking our reputation in the market.

I have now purchased five watches from this seller, and unfortunately my experience has been inconsistent and increasingly disappointing. While the watches themselves are of good quality, they are far from perfect, and the overall customer service has been extremely poor.
To be specific:
• Incomplete delivery: I paid for five watches, yet I have only received three. Despite polite follow-ups for over six weeks, I still have not received the last two. Each time I inquire, I am promised they will ship “tomorrow,” but those promises have been made repeatedly—at least ten times—with no action.
• Quality issues not properly addressed: One of the watches arrived with a broken link. Instead of offering to replace or repair the defective link, I was simply told to remove it. This is not an acceptable resolution for a new purchase.
• Packaging problem unresolved: Another watch arrived in a damaged box. I was assured the box would be replaced, yet to this day, that replacement has not been sent.
• Customer service concerns: Communication is minimal and dismissive. Although we text back and forth, I am often made to feel as if I am inconveniencing him by simply asking when I can expect the products I have already paid for.
In addition, the first two watches I did receive took nearly five weeks to arrive, despite repeated assurances that shipping would be quick. The pattern has been broken promises, long delays, and little accountability.
At this point, I feel I have exhausted all reasonable efforts to resolve the matter privately. Writing this review is now my only recourse, both to document my experience and to warn potential buyers. The seller has my money, has failed to deliver the products I purchased, and has not lived up to even the most basic standards of customer service.
Prospective customers should be aware: while the watches may look appealing, the risk of delays, broken promises, and unresolved issues is very real. I share this in the hope that others do not go through the same frustrating experience.
There is no retort to this, as I can provide screenshots of my conversations with him. I just want my watches!
