I was very kindly helped by Amber. Our dog get suddenly sick and so I wanted to cancel my subscription for a short time (I hope, my dog is 12 years old), and just one e-mail was enough to arrange everything while there was an extraordinary amount of interest in our dog's situation. Very friendly and helpful. And that, while we are only a customer for a week. Incidentally, the disease is separate from the supplements. Bella has had a blackout before. Fortunately, she was fully recovered at the time, so we hope so now.
