They are using Route for their shipping. So in order to track shipment you are forced to install application of 3rd party, who in their TOS reserve rights to sell your data...
They give your data to them without your consent aswell...
So no, don't order from them, this is scummy behaviour from both companies...

TeeTurtle tricks you to pay 3rd party company, who then forces you to install their app, who then sells your data everywhere they can!
They force you to jump through hoops in order to get tracking number, making it annoying and hard to do it, just so you have to install that garbage app.
Instead of providing you with the number immediately like any decent company.
They are literally tricking you into paying Route to sell your data around.

Really cute T-shirts, but I don't think they are 100 percent cotton anymore though they still claim to be. The feel of the shirts is more like a rayon blend, and they shrink now even when I never put them in the dryer. Just like a rayon cotton blend does. I started noticing this with their shirts last year. Prior to that, what I really liked was that their sizing was consistent - I always knew the women's medium would fit me perfectly. The shirts I bought from them years ago still fit me the same while the shirts I bought last year are tight, when prior to washing they also fit me perfectly.
UPDATE - I gave TeeTurtle my information (except reference number since there are a number of orders where the material doesn't feel like 100 percent cotton and the shirts shrank upon getting wet) and no one contacted me. I didn't need anyone to contact me. I just don't know why they said they would publicly if they weren't going to. Rayon is a nice fabric. I just don't like it because it shrinks. I only buy 100 percent cotton shirts and it's hard to come by, since it's getting expensive. No issues with TeeTurtle if they are no longer selling 100 percent cotton shirts due to cost. They just shouldn't be advertised as such.

The team and products at TeeTurtle are awesome, best customer service experience I've had. I made an order on black Friday with expectation that it would arrive and be ready to give for Christmas. Unfortunately the courier company let me down, but TeeTurtle were so amazingly helpful in fixing the problem, they resent the order with extra goodies and told me even if the original one arrives that I can keep both. Their promptness of replies, kindness, understanding were just so refreshing in such a situation.
I love their fun t-shirts (good quality, multiple orders, only need more cause they grow out of them) and also they have excellent fun games which we are enjoying 3 of.

I wanted to add a shirt to my order after it was placed, the item was on clearance so I couldn't just wait until the next time I ordered something so I emailed customer service asking them to add it.
They emailed back that unfortunately they could not add to an order that was already in processing - but instead of leaving it at that, they gave me a code for free shipping and handling as if I had been able to add it to the order! That is customer service, ensuring I can get the item from them that I really wanted, without having to pay a huge markup because I missed it until after I had ordered. This kind of thing is what builds a loyal customer base.

I absolutely love TeeTurtle!! The most amazing designs and quality products; creative, funny, adorable, and wonderfully made. I’ve had many orders (for myself and gifts) and every single item has been such a treat and loved by their recipients and myself. Tshirts, pins, socks, plushies- you name it! Shelby and Karalynn with the customer service team are stellar. I had some frustrating hiccups with Christmas gifts I ordered early and size changes and they helped me so much. Just got my shirts from TeeTurtle and I love them! Easy to navigate site and adorable designs. Type of shirts used were great and the print on them is of a good quality compared to another site I used. Shipping was fast and accurate. Would definitely buy from TT again.

Customer service is the absolute best I've ever dealt with. Direct texting with the kindest human being, answered my questions, resolved my shipping & tracking issues, and even gave me complementary items after correcting a mistake. I wish I could tip the agent who helped me, but this will have to do.

After waiting many years for my son to reach an appropriate age to bring to Pax West, this year it was finally time. It was an amazing experience- and my son, who is 14, stumbled across the TeeTurtle booth, and promptly fell in love. All day he talked about the t-shirts and games, and when it came time to make his final decisions/purchases he wanted everything Teeturtle.
When one of the expansions for his favorite new games (Here to Slay) was sold out, the kind representative there at the booth helped us order it to our home- with free shipping, too! My son was super excited to be receiving a package from his favorite new people.
However, when the day came, he raced down to get his package and... it was torn open, the contents gone. I was shocked and he was devastated.
I didn't know what to do so I sent a message to customer service about the entire fiasco...
And that is when the magnificent Shelby (Turtle) appeared.
From the very beginning Shelby was empathetic, kind, warm, compassionate and understanding. Shelby didn't just treat me like a number or a problem to be solved, which is so rare for me to experience these days- and after having the week from Heck (PAX induced COVID, pipes bursting, mail stolen) they were a breath of fresh air. Shelby not only communicated with me in a warm, genuine fashion, but offered to send out a replacement for the lost expansion. When they realized how rough things had been for us and that my son's little package was something we had been really looking forward to as something to break up all the dark clouds, Shelby even threw in some little extras with the expansion to bring back that ray of sunshine.
I don't know about others, but for me, being as down as I was and having someone like Shelby share such kindness and compassion, I know this is not an experience I'll ever forget.
Teeturtle, thanks to Shelby The Great, you have our loyalty for life.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I contacted Teeturtle with a query and Shelby was my customer service rep. She has been amazing in all her communications. We have had frequent updates without having to chase and the resolution offered exceeded my expectations. My son is very happy and agrees Shelby is awesome. Best customer experience I have had. The products are always high quality and delivery is quick to the UK.

I've placed several orders with TeeTurtle in the past and I've never had a problem with them and have always been impressed with the items I've received 😊
This time, sadly, my order got lost in transit so I reached out to their customer service team after there had been no updates on my tracking for over 20 days. I received an almost immediate response from 'Kurt Turtle' and they arranged for a replacement order to be sent out straight away with no fuss at all ☺️ I'm very impressed with their customer service and they really do look after their customers - thank you so much! 😀

After receiving a damaged product from an external company I had to contact TeeTurtle directly. They took my details and replaced the product immediately with no cost to myself, all over facebook messenger. Their customer service team were great and friendly. I love both their products and their customer service.
