À l’heure où même la plus vertueuse des marques aura un impact écologique, il existe des alternatives au neuf. Le vintage est l’une d’entre elles, le stock dormant en est une autre. En proposant des anciennes collections à prix doux, The Bradery participe à une mode un peu plus responsable.

Wrong delivery and zero problem management

I ordered a vinyl storage cabinet at the end of November. When the package finally arrived in January, it contained only three wooden parts instead of the full furniture.
Customer service was impossible to reach beyond the chatbot, which kept insisting that the delivery will be completed later (no information when, who knows!). After several attempts, I finally reached a real agent and sent photos as proof. I was then asked to wait again while they “checked the situation,” with half a furniture and my vinyls scattered around my home.

Eventually, they apologized, told me the rest of the parts will not be send (unlike the chatbot which obviously hallucinated!) and asked me to return the items, without any proper explanation. I had to repack the heavy wooden parts and take them to a Mondial Relay point myself. After that, I received an email saying I would not be reimbursed because the return did not meet their policy.
Only after contacting customer service again did they process a refund—which was €12–13 less than what I paid.

In short: I waited over a month, received a completely wrong delivery, spent weeks chasing customer service, handled a return caused by their mistake, and ended up partially reimbursed and without the product.

The issue is not the €12. It’s the total lack of accountability and respect for the customer. I will NEVER use this platform again. Good reviews might be a good sign, but what truly defines a reliable company is how it handles problems and crises. This company simply cant, unfortunately.

One of the best client services

One of the best client services I have ever experienced (thing that does not happened very common in France). Everything was perfect. Communication is excellent as well. Happy and content of my purchase.

It's all great until it's not!

The ordering experience is always pleasant, despite the few bugs and slowness of the app. But then comes the one time when I needed to return an article and it all went downhill from there! I opted for a return at a "point relais", the nice guy scanned the package and said it's all alright, he didn't give me any proof that I've given him the parcel. When I asked for one he said I'll receive it over email. This was in November, we're now in January and still nothing. I never received my money, no confirmation email, I didn't get the package back! I tried the customer service, which is very annoying to reach out to, and they said they'll take care of it. But then again nothing. I'm never using this app again!

Unhappy & Terrible Service all together

Terrible customer service. One item of the order not delivered and refunded automatically without any information or communication about it. Terrible packaging, not even a 8y old kid would package it that way. 1+ month delivery wait. Process of return , complicated and unlogical, and still as of today having issues with the refund, that they claim they have sent me. Honestly , you can get "discounted" items / vente privées elsewhere, cuz this is not worth it.

Unreliable delivery times

This company does not stick to their promised delivery times! I ordered on their site from Maison Héritage almost a month ago, with delivery times between 5 and 7 days. This order is still not dispatched and customer service is zero! I ordered christmas gifts and way in advance, but it will not be on time. This is the second time I ordered from them and the same thing happened the 1st time. I waited over a month for the order, this time it was a birthday gift, which I also did not have in time for the day of the birthday. Unacceptable service!! Do not rely on their delivery promises!

Wrong information on delivery date and package returned

Order #2892521 was announced delayed to the 16th of December in my account and on the 17th I notice that it is already returned back.
No accuracy on the package delivery date, leading to package being returned without a chance to pick it up.
