Hello I have 3 of these fans .
Hello I have 3 of these fans .. there ok to me I have a great deal of electronic experience and have radio communications experience.. now i live in England .. the only thing I find a bit stupid your paying a company in America. American prices for it to be distributed and dispatched from china. Now regarding the heater it is a bit of a con on the alliteration on what they can do .. but in the other hand I think people out there want something thats never going to be invented. But the heaters work they the job of heating a small area .. if you want them to heat a room .. there not going to do it .. but if you want them as heater to warm your feet up in the cold months.. there perfect.
Disappointed
This Thermarocket does put out heat. I sit it close behind me while working on my computer; however it does not heat up a room, and it quit rotating a month after I got it. I wish I had read the reviews before making this purchase. Shame on me. I could have purchased a similar, small rotating heater from Walmart for a fraction of the cost.

It was delivered on time and worked as advertised. I am very satisfied.
The Therma-Rocket heater customer care?
The Rocket heater stopped working after using it for month.
Apart from anonymous acknowledgement emails, slow or non-existent return emails; 'Please send an email or video or the Therma Rocket heater'. Picture sent: no response; now an email requesting video?
Please just refund the money so I can get an another heater.
I would not buy from this company
I would not buy from this company. Highly overpriced and not as energy efficient as stated. Also poor customer service and communication. I returned my heater within the 30 day money back guarantee period and have had no refund and no correspondence from the company. Hard Lesson learned for me to not click on YouTube ads! Hopefully I’ll save someone else the aggro by leaving a bad review which I never do!

Well I guess I won't be buying this…
Well I guess I won't be buying this after all.
New tech? My arse!
This is no better than my 3 year old ceramic Heater new technology my arse.. Do not buy scam worth no more than £25..
Unfortunately I bought 2 of these units…
Unfortunately I bought 2 of these units and agree just an overpriced heater. As in a previous review I read NEITHER of our remotes work the heaters. In fact they BOTH arrived with NO battery in even though there was the usual pull tag to suggest there was. On inserting a brand new battery still no remote action!!
The unit is small but ok for a small area. Is it fuel cost saving? I suggest not as far as I can tell. I wish I wasn't taken in by the ad which continues to pop up on Utube reminding me of how easily I was fooled. I cannot see how to return the faulty products which i have had for two weeks and came with no invoice or returns form attached.
Complete and utter RIP OFF
Complete and utter RIP OFF. I shant go into detail but save yourself time, money and grief and dont even bother with this. No after sales service either just ignored emails and emails that bounce back
All these revolutionary electric…
All these 'revolutionary' electric heaters are subject to the laws of Physics and particularly the 'law of conservation of energy' which states that energy cannot be created, but can change form, in this case, electrical energy to heat. So the only way of getting more heat out of say one kilowatt of electricity is to increase efficiency by reducing waste. The issue here is that most types of electric heater are already very efficient because there is little wasted energy in the form of sound, light, movement and so claims of radical improvements in running costs is physically impossible. In other words, if you spend 25p on a kilowatt of electricity, you can only get the equivalent amount of heat energy out. So all these adverts are bogus.
ThermaCon courtesy of China and Latvia
I received the item on 15th October after ensuring their Latvian based HQ was supposed to give me a confirmation of shipping within a few days of my order placed for it on 1st October. I found that the remote control does not operate the main fan unit, but the touch button controls do. A replacement had been sent from China under the 30 days warranty. The heat from the fan is neither quiet or heating an entire cold extended room in minutes from a distance of more than a metre from me.
This is clearly a con with the strapline that a former British aerospace employee developed it to be energy efficient. I will invoke a return within a week of writing this review and get in contact with my credit card company for a full refund.
Of cause this is just another Chinese…
Of cause this is just another Chinese scam. However you can get more heat for the buck using a heat pump. Buy a decent heat pump if you like to lower your bills.
We live, and we learn ! (but do we learn too late? ; )
I wanna cultivate positive vibes ! So, while I take on board legitimate critique here on this platform, I would suggest the design ov the product iz a kick-ass 21c aesthetic "classic" in the makin'. And I would never've had the "pleasure" ov it gracin' me room & impressin' if it weren't for those (hypabolic) Youtube ads! Thanx, YT ! ; )
