Please don't. The price said 149 and charge 259. Then charge 38 cancelation fee for doing absolutely nothing. GREAT ADS BUT VERY DECEPTIVE. PLEASE DONT DO IT.

First-the pharmacies they work with including Casa ALSO have awful reviews for providing watered down ineffective and or incorrect concentration of medications. Ie cut corners to save money.
Previous company I was working with had issues with stock & increased prices so I wanted to find a different provider so tried TRIMRX. After being on GLP 1 medication through other companies & as a nurse I know what I am talking about-medication received from TRIMRX hired pharmacy CASA and it did NOTHING. Bright red in color -No appetite suppressant whatsoever-no weight loss-no changes at all.
Getting a hold of someone when your unhappy/want a refund is like trying to win T Swift tickets..the woman I spoke to said they don’t ever do refunds (even though the website states money back guarantees) she said to send a photo of myself being unhappy. What on earth?
Then clearly just to get me off the phone she said ok well I have what I need- I said for a refund? No I will add note on account…
$700 I spent-It’s been 4 weeks and I will be contacting my bank & every social media outlet to warn others of this scam.
Don’t waste your time or money-they pay people to write positive reviews those are the ONLY reason they exist to balance out all the honest ones.

I specifically asked for Zepbound, which my Dr previously prescribed, but my insurance declined it. The company chose to send Ozempic, which I did not order. I will return the package and go to my bank and reverse the charges since I doubt they will have the good faith to return my money for a product I did not want. I received my order number today and have verified it is the wrong product.

My name is Adela Gonzalez. I have called more than once regarding a full refund. I ordered on Jan 9,2026 and cancelled that same day. I used Affirm to pay. I just want Affirm to get their money back. This has left me very stressed. *UPDATE Laura Roldan who is the Manager reached out to me and stated I shall receive a full refund within 3-5 business days. I just pray they follow through. I originally was excited to try TrimRx, but after further discussion with my PCP who advised that this company takes a lot of risks and their medicine is not thoroughly tested or given the right instructions from trained clinicians, I immediately canceled my prescription not long after placing my order. I understand this was probably inconvenient, however the company advised they would submit my cancellation, however they advised pharmacy might have already shipped or be in the process of shipping my medication. I did not receive any further communication about this for weeks and then suddenly I get an email about my medicine being shipped. Of course I feel the company neglected to inform the pharmacy but because of the shady communication I already had with them, I had already alerted my bank and began the process of dispute. This company is not to be trusted!

BEWARE: THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND THIEVES!!!
I applied for weightloss compound from trimrx around 1/1/2026 or thereabout.
They communicated with me through their app, to list the prescriptions I'm currently taking. I listed all the prescriptions. They denied me their compound medication because they said I'm on glipizide. I told them I can stop taking glipizide to qualify. They said I need a note from my doctor saying I am no longer on glipizide. If not I am denied. I could not obtain a note from the doctor. Trimrx billed $1679.40 to affirm which was my credit account without sending me any medication. Medication was for a 6 months supply. They have refused to refund the $1679.40. I opened a dispute with affirm but affirm closed the case because trimrx said i did not provide note from my doctor. This is fraud and scam. I have been trying to contact trimrx. They are not responding to messages. They are not picking calls. Also, they deleted all my old messages with them on their website. Thank God i have all communicatio s with them saved. I am reporting them because I need my money refunded back to me. They took money for 6 months supply and yet they denied me and closed my account with them. They are scammers

UPDATE!!!! Trimrx did reach out immediately and they were very professional and apologized for the inconvenience and the delay. They got my refund processed immediately and because of that I am very appreciative and I do think that this business is trying to do right by people they said they’re just getting started and working out the bugs so give them a chance!!!

I had placed an order with them, but then in less that a hour I cancelled it because of financial reasons. At 1st they said no problem we can get that taken care of for you then they didn’t process it so I got back in touch with them. No one would respond to me when they did respond. They said they had sent it to the processing department for cancellation. They didn’t get it canceled for two weeks after I canceled the order then when they finally did cancel it, they charged me $298 for a processing fee when I canceled the order within less than one hour of placing it nowhere did it say they would charge $298 processing fee if canceled, that is more than what they were going to charge me per month for medication. I have worked with other companies that do the same thing and not one of them has charged a cancellation fee or taken two weeks to cancel an order I would suggest using anybody else other than trim RX. Affirm still hasn’t gotten their refund yet! I have my own company and would NEVER do business like this!

Bait and Switch pricing.
Very disappointed. Ad says that pricing stays the same and then the second shipment it goes up by 100%.

If I could give zero stars, I would!! Don't let this company scam you like they did us. There are NO REAL DOCTORS, they do not answer emails through their portal and never answer phone calls. Their guarantee is a hoax!! Go read all the complaints at bbb.org. They are a scam and more expensive than just going to Zepbound.com directly...even without insurance!! BUYER BEWARE!! RUN FROM THIS COMPANY - go read other reviews...they are all like mine!!!

To align with their claim that there is no customer account, it's under my husband's name, PETE ZITTERE, and I can show PAGES of emails and unanswered phone call screen shots where we were completely ignored. They even deleted our portal account because they refused to respond to our pleas for help and support!!

The company charged me for meds a week ago and still had not shipped them. Customer service reps are not available to take calls; you must leave messages in their portal only to receive vague replies. Will not renew the Rx or recommend the company.

I wish I could give this 0 stars. Awful experience. Requested a cancellation immediately after placing order and received a repose from customer service 2 days later assuring me the order would be cancelled. I've reached out 8+ times and keep getting put off by customer service when they finally respond. Nearly a month later, I'm still trying to get my money back. I've lost count of how many spam calls I've gotten from them in the meantime.

Easy to make my virtual appt, the provider Natalie Barbee Nurse Practitioner help me with all my questions, very professional, also I am very satisfaction with the company and my medication thank you so much for all you help me in my journey. On this month I have one year use that medication I am ready lost 38 pounds. Thank you so much again. ❤️

I’ve made impulsive decisions before, and clicking on their ad on TikTok and actually going through with it was one of them. I was skeptical afterwards after reading reviews but it was too late - I had already done it, now I just needed to wait and hope it didn’t turn out poorly. I’m glad to say, it did not. The support team responded to my questions, my medication was prescribed quickly and information was shared with me every step of the way. I got my medication in a timely manner, and the financing option through Affirm was user friendly. I only give 4 stars instead of 5 because since receiving my medication, I’ve noticed that more time is passing before I get a response to my message from their support team, so there stands to be some improvement in that area but still, overall not a bad experience at all.

After purchasing from TrimRx I received a text from a provider. My text messages would not go through so I emailed customer support and left voicemails multiple times. After Never hearing back, I wanted a refund. Was denied through my credit card company because I already filled out the necessary questions to receive the medication. But I never received anything. I feel very scammed over by TrimRx.

TrimRx's online advertisement said in print and by voice they offer "FDA-approved" medications and featured images of Lily pharmacuetical's Zepbound. TrimRx entraps consumers into a rushed process that does not include opportunity for direct patient consultation with the TrimRx medical provider before they take your payment and a prescription is written. The provider simply sends an email saying your payment has been processed, your application is approved, and then states what they are prescribing. It is only at that point the customer learns these are NOT FDA approved, but are compounded medications and they do not disclose what pharmacy they order from. My own medical provider warned me it would not be wise to assume such a risk. It is also only at this point, after they claim to have sent the prescription to the pharmacy, that they inform you, they cannot cancel orders already placed with the pharmacy. TrimRx also doesn't just place an order for one month's worth of prescription, they make it for a 3 month supply. They have it shipped despite multiple requests to cancel. Buyer beware. After a over a month of multiple requests and even a certified letter requesting action for cancellation and refund of at least the remaining 9 months paid for if not the entire amount, there has been absolutely no action and no response. I reject having used TrimRx's Trust Pilot rating as one basis for thinking TrimRx would have good business practices.

biggest scam out there. I wasn’t even eligible for the medication and they charged me $299 anyway. Stay clear from this place. They are not legit.

The Agent was polite and asked pertinent questions to determine my need for an increased dose of medication. She explained that the increased dose of Tirzepetide would be considered and I would be notified in the near future of the outcome.
