DO NOT BUY: Non-functional Equipment and Broken Refund Guarantees

We are a US-based engineering firm and we have had an abysmal experience with Tronxy and their VEHO 1000-20 printer. After purchasing this unit in January 2025, it arrived inoperable and missing critical components.
Over the last 12 months, we have dedicated over 60 hours of engineering labor and attempted multiple "technical support" sessions via WhatsApp and email. Despite Tronxy sending three separate shipments of replacement parts, the machine remains a "paperweight" due to mechanical design flaws—specifically, the printer head strikes the frame and critical backing plates are missing.
The most concerning part of this experience is Tronxy's breach of contract. On June 23, 2025, Tronxy’s management formally accepted our "Final Attempt" terms in writing, explicitly stating: “We fully accept your conditions... Full refund processed immediately if unresolved.”
As of January 2026, the machine is still broken, their Lead Engineer failed to provide the promised oversight, and Tronxy is now refusing to honor their written refund guarantee. They have wasted our time, cost us client revenue, and ignored their own signed agreements.
If you are a professional or business looking for a reliable 3D printing partner, stay far away from Tronxy. They do not stand behind their products or their written word.

0/4 On My VEHO Printers

Bought4 printers. All 4 require "new parts" fresh out of the box. Not one printer is capable of printing anything a part from the test print. Please save your money its 100% worth it.

The Worst product quality you could…

The Worst product quality you could expect. I bought a Veho 800 PRO model and the printer has serious flaws in design, and parts. First issues were layer shifting, took me over a month to identify the problem and fixed it by replacing some parts that i had to customize from local company Y metal rod and bearings to be more precise. Second problem, X and Y Motors are really loud and break really fast. X motor metal rod with pulley broke in 2 parts after 5 days of printing.
Third problem, rust in the extruder small bearings causing blocking that damages the extruder motor and wheel assembly.
Fourth problem, support for parts is non existent. I tried contacting them in various ways to buy replacement parts and they ignore any message regarding parts.
After all my experience with this printer I decided to create my own version of it with better parts and higher quality.
There is no support, no warranty, no replacement parts to buy even in warranty period.
Good side is that once you have the printer you can easily modify it and make it as large as you need it with extended frame parts and a new heat bed :) this is what deserves 1 star. Rest is -10 stars. And another problem is the heat bed calibration, it never works correctly unless manual calibration is made.

Terrible product and even worse…

Terrible product and even worse customer service.
Instructions non existant, with only a video playing at 4x speed on youtube. It only shows assembly with nothing on the controls.
I got my printer, a Veho 1000-16 ( over $3000), and it included wrong parts and sent me the wrong parts 3 more times in a row. After 6 months, the printer still doesn't work at all, and they completely refuse to give me any more customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Trust me!

Do not buy!!

Do not buy!!! We have two and both X5SA-400 Pro and VEHO600 are absolute junk. What's wrong? Everything, and it arrived clearly used, scratched. The seller claimed that it was from shipping, so I don't know how the carrier would do it, the packaging was not damaged and the inner packaging too, the driver probably folded it out of boredom to print a new delivery, absurd. One came ABSOLUTELY non-functional thanks to the SW, after 5 attempts the correct SW came! VEHO800 came without PEI with a damaged bed, in the end fatal manufacturing errors were found in each X, it won't print even a simple 5x5 cm cube on PETG! The seller promises, lies and then keeps quiet, so no warranty or service.

Tronxy XY-2 Pro 2E — A Total Waste of Time and Money

We bought the Tronxy XY-2 Pro 2E on December 5, 2024. It’s now April 2025, and we still don’t have a fully assembled, functioning printer.

Right away, the printer showed up missing critical parts and had no instructions. Not a manual, not a packing slip, not a single sheet of paper. We contacted the company, and instead of taking responsibility, they immediately asked us to take photos of the missing parts. Think about that. How do you take a photo of something you never received? They also wanted us to weigh the assembled printer and its original packaging. We couldn’t assemble it, and we certainly weren’t hauling a massive box onto a household scale. None of their requests made sense.

They clearly didn’t want to deal with the issue. After pushing back and forth for weeks, they finally sent a partial shipment of missing parts. But even then, a critical part was still missing. We had to go through another round of emails just to get that addressed.

When the next part arrived, it was in tiny pieces with no instructions and still not complete. To top it off, they sent us a video of someone taking apart a similar, but not identical, part from a different printer. That was the only guidance we were given. Not exactly the best way to assemble delicate electronics.

After a third round of messaging, and more pointless requests to take photos of items we still didn’t have, we waited nearly two more months for the next shipment. It arrived this week. Same story. Loose parts. No manual. No explanation. Just more confusion.

Everything we’ve managed to figure out has come from YouTube or other frustrated users. The company has been completely unhelpful. Whoever is packing these printers clearly doesn’t check for accuracy and has zero pride in what they do.

We’ve spent five months trying to assemble a printer we paid for in full. It still isn't operational. Tronxy does not care about quality, service, or their customers. This has been nothing but a waste of time, energy, and money.

This company is not to be trusted

This company is not to be trusted. I do industrial design and have been printing since 2015. I purchased a veho 600. When it arrived, it has missing bolts but as I assembled it, the design issues were critical and not worth fixing... it was designed by engineers with very little idea, major tolerance issues. I gave them opportunity to fix it but wasted so much time they agreed to USD200 compensation. Then they changed it to 100 then refusing to pay anything. This gives great dishonour to Chinese companies...compared to Bambu or even Elegoo (I have purchased prob 10 printers as well as making my own deltas)...who have been amazing, this company it to be avoided at all costs...you have been warned; do not buy TronXY..Who puts an 800 gram hotend on a machine???? It is sitting unused and will strip it for the $200 of parts that are on it. I would give them 0 stars but you cant select this.

Just purchased a TRONXY VEHO 1000 2E

Just purchased a TRONXY VEHO 1000 2E. They assured me that they had technucal support, and software that would be included. included was an old version of CURA that did not have the printer listed, the machine came damaged and after trying to call them numerous times and emailing, they sent me videos of a different model to fix the problem. Then sent me instructions on leveling the bed that is damaged right out of the box. The Marlin system is defective and keeps shutting off with a power failure message, and after 2 months of waiting for them to help I was told I could return it at my own expense back to china unused in the original boxes and they would check it out to see if they would think about a return, but all at my own expense both ways. To this date the machine has never worked. Please don't buy one, it is a piece of junk and you will get no help from the company. When you go online to their support website, all the manuals are the same printer, and not the one they list it to be. If anyone bouts this exchange, I have all the emails from them.

worst 3D printing investment thus far.

I purchased a Tronxy Moore 1 Clay 3D Printer, which turned out to be my worst 3D printing investment thus far. It lacked a proper manual for operation. After reaching out via email, they eventually provided the manual. Following the instructions diligently, I attempted to use it for 8 days without achieving a single successful print. Moreover, the support team was incredibly rude. Despite being based in Europe, they refused to accept returns.

They are not honest and don´t assume faulty parts

I didn't have any problem with the purchase or delivery of the product, but the product I received came with defects, which I reported to Tronxy, who confused the situation and took a long time to admit the problem, but after acknowledging the problem, they asked to pay for shipping the replacement parts, which I think is ridiculous, since I bought a new product that was defective and therefore Tronxy should assume all the expenses for replacing parts for something that is under warranty.

This compagny is not serious.

I’ve bought the X5SA Pro but the printer is not working properly without a lot of upgrades like a direct dirve.
I’ve finally order the official direct drive and especially paid $30 for the fastest delivery.
7 days later, I’m still waiting any news about the shipment/delivery.
This compagny is not serious.

bought an x5sa-pro-400 and the mainboard fired after 3 prints. Ordered another mainboard and had to wait 2 months for it, when I started the printer and tried to set the z offset the new mainboard fried. Structure and motors are good but Tronxy's mainboards are garbage. If you need a well priced printer with a large bed check thingiverse and just make your own, which is what I ended up doing.

Failed motherboard - no refunds apparently.

Bought a 2 colour upgrade for my TronXY 2PRO which worked for a day, then packed up.
Spent 3 months back and forth with emails, their tech department getting more and more inventive on tests I should do, videos of taking voltage measurements, etc.
Wouldn't send a replacement and eventually stopped replying to my emails.
Seems like zero returns or support.

Lots of extra money and short lifespan

We ordered the printer, and then one month later (still hasn’t shipped) they ask us to pay $70 to import it, then 3 months later we are told we need to pay $30 more dollars to import it. Then DHL says we need to pay $30 dollars and it only lasted us about 9 months of light printing. Tronxy, get better.

Tronxy is not a trustworthy company

Tronxy is not a trustworthy company. When I got it after a long time it didn't even work. I e-mailed their customer service but it was a complete mess. I returned their printer, but haven't received my money back. It has been over a year since I returned it. I emailed them many times, but they either do not understand English or pretend they don't. There is nobody willing to solve the situation. On paper their printers look like a good deal, but in reality their printers aren't very well designed and the specifications aren't even right.
Not responding to the customer is not the way serious company treats their customers. I have never experienced such a negligence.
I am going to notify an EU institution who protects customers.

Worst customer service and low quality products

After buying an hotbed sticker it melt on literally the first print, ruining my print and making me lose a lot of time while scraping the remainings from the hotbed.
But the worst part is the customer service.
I wrote a mail to them and all they did was saying the fault was mine and i was using wrong settings. I still use the same settings and had no issues at all with the printer, the hotbed, other stickers etc. and they are still saying they can't do a thing
