First off, trying to get a human to talk to is impossible. My husband ordered me one and the shipping took so long he thought it was a fake site. He couldn’t find a phone number to call. The product finally came over a month later. I received the wireless version and the charge absolutely sucks. It holds a charge for maybe 2 sessions if you do them back to back. I have attempted 5 different times, put on the whitening gel and all, put the mouthpiece in and it stays lit for about 2 min the goes dead. The pamphlet says it should hold a charge for 3 sessions. My device has yet to do that. When it dies it ends up wasting my whitening gel. They need to create a case that holds the charge and keeps the device fully charged. I’d like to see if the system actually whitens but I can’t keep it charged to actually do so.
I would never order anything from Snow teeth whitening again. They sent me some of their product with my subscription plan I immediately have tried five times to receive a return label to send the product back they refused to send me a return label they have no telephone that you can call and talk to someone good luck if you order anything from them and you want to return it
So I placed an order about 6 weeks ago with my place of work address as to where to ship, about 2 weeks later the delivery company UNIUNI, sent me text messages that they had attempted delivery 3 times and now listing it as undeliverable, ridicules!! we have packages delivered to my warehouse daily with no issues, FedEx, UPS ect. I tried directly replies to UNI with specific instructions where to deliver with no response. Now they say they will return the package to vendor. I have sent several Emails to Snow with no reply as of yet. I have bought many products from Snow in the past with no issues. This order was for over 200.00 dollars. I either want my order or a complete refund. This is no way to treat your customers, total lack of communication. Why don't they just use regular carriers for delivery then this wouldn't be an issue. If you can't resolve this issue, I will no longer do any more ordering from your company. Totally unacceptable!!

I've had wonderful results with this product. Used it for years and very happy! Just hope they don't change anything like alot of companies do! It's great and don't need any improvements! Don't know about customer service cause I've never had to use them as I've never had a problem!

I got one of the teeth whitening kits for Christmas about a year ago, and I went to replace the pen. I asked the customer support where to find the replacement pens and they said on the site but... they are not on the site. So I ordered another pen that said it would work with the LED device. It never came. I have emailed them multiple times about either sending another one or refunding my money and I haven't heard anything for weeks.

This is an update to my last review. Try snow did get in contact with me and rectified the problem of the missing toothbrush, which I did appreciate. I really do like snow products and also recommend them to others.

UPDATED: Ordered Diamond Teeth Whitening kit at the end of November 2025 and no sign of the product delivery after 6 weeks. Query initially raised with their customer services who responded with confirmation the order had been 'fulfilled' and that they would pass the shipping issue to a 'specialist team' to follow up. No further communication received to date. Follow ups including a request for a full refund have gone unanswered. The product hasn't moved via tracking since Dec 03 2025. Unfortunately on the basis of this experience I cannot recommend Snow or its products, and the customer experience has been the worst I've experienced in years. Their marketing is excellent however with multiple emails received almost daily. Service though is clearly not on their priority list.
Update 18/01/2026 - Despite a request from Snow via Trustpilot for my contact details and order number(submitted), as of today, still no update, offer of refund or attempt to re-engage to resolve an outstanding, paid for order that has not been fulfilled. Additionally, a request for resolution was placed via Shopify, their payment platform and that has also gone unactioned. Sorry Snow, not good enough. If one of your representatives is reading this, please provide a refund as requested.

I spent $300 ordering what I thought were great christmas gifts. I am missing a toothbrush from the order. AI support has been unhelpful and frustrating. I have sent numerous emails without any response. There is no number to call. However, Josh sends me marketing emails to purchase more items. I also previously bought their most expensive toothbrush which they don't seem to market anymore. Which is probably the reason that the replacement toothbrush head has been on back order for more than a year. I am close to returning the entire order and filing a claim with my CC company. It's sad bc their products are not bad but customer service is nonexistent.
The response from SNOW reads similar to the dialogue I had with Snow AI support, Asking me to email you when I have already sent 3 separate emails sounds disingenuous. If the response from snow was written by an actual person, please respond to the numerous emails I have sent.

BUYER BEWARE! Ordered three toothbrushes and only received two. Can’t reach a representative, and their AI chat has not been helpful. Wasted $50 and will never order from this company again! Update: I received a response shortly after the survey saying that I would receive the missing toothbrush and it’s been almost a month with no toothbrush or response to follow up.

Purchased an Advanced wireless teeth whitening kit in summer 2023. Stopped charging just over 2 years later. Contacted customer support and was told 2 year warranty so tough. Bad enough but when trying to replace wireless kit it is impossible. Website is faulty and repeatedly goes to main page when trying to find. Apparently snow are aware of the issue and fixing it, for four months now!!!😡
Cannot get through to a human. Everything is AI.
Do not tell me to email as I have, loads of times. Just ai answer every time.
Very annoying.
What was a great company are now best avoided.

The worst customer service and products I have ever purchased. My journey with Snow Oral Care began less than two years ago when I purchased their LED toothbrush and extra toothbrush replacement heads. The toothbrush fell apart within one year under normal one person use. They warranted the replacement, sent it to me from the USA and I ended up having to pay duties and taxes on a free replacement. They were apologetic about the extra costs and issued me a gift card to use online for future purchases. I recently purchased a set of 6 replacement heads and when I placed one on my toothbrush this week it got jammed and broke the entire head and toothbrush. I have tired several times to get in touch with a live human in customer service but they only respond in AI MODE! I now have to buy a new toothbrush and more replacement heads but I’m certainly not spending over $300 for this brand again. It a piece of junk. Don’t waste your money.

I bought my second snow system. The first was wired and while it worked great the wire was cumbersome and started to fray and it didn’t work consistently so I bought the wireless. It just arrived. I charged it for hours and hours but it won’t hold a charge. I tried calling the customer service number but it says it no longer works. I emailed the company earlier today but haven’t heard back so we’ll see. If they fix this, I’ll update my review.
ETA: This company has terrific customer service. After posting this review, they immediately contacted me and sent me a whole new system. I would definitely order again as this product really works to whiten your teeth. I'd be willing to gamble that if I get a bad device they will immediately remedy it. Great product and now I know great company.
