Extremely impressed!

I was very impressed by the services that I received from yucca. My rep was lucky and she walked me through the entire process. It made me feel extremely welcomed.

She answered all of my questions and showed me the areas to chat with individuals if I have questions. I highly recommend Yucca. It is easy to sign up and you get your package within the week.

Excellent experience

Sign up was easy and meds were shipped very quickly. Johann was easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable by answering my questions with a smile you can hear through the phone.

I've been receiving my weight loss meds from Yucca for while now. I've spoken with Sam, a few times regarding questions I've had. Not only is she quick to respond & always friendly, she's very knowledgeable & thoroughly answers & easily resolves any question or concerns that I've had. Who wouldn’t want to make a purchase?Then Ivy made sure that I was connected with the proper onboarding individual Johann who was energetic and engaging. Yucca is AWESOME!

I was very overwhelmed with all of the sites offering weight loss meds. I appreciated that Yucca had a phone number. I went through their site easily and filled out the questionnaire with ease. I had some questions that I asked on the portal and received a call immediately from Meg. Meg was so patient with me in explaining my maintenance dose and helped me understand concentration levels and dosage that made sense. I had my intro call with Johann who was so friendly and eager to help me feel confident in the Yucca product and honestly when he said I would be receiving my product in two days I was thrilled. He texted my tracking details and I am set and ready to receive. Thank you Meg, Johann and Yucca Health. So excited. 😆

5 stars in my opinion

I want to highlight how great this process was. After having a negative outcome with a previous provider, I found Yucca Health and the onboarding, questionnaire, and payment process went so smooth. I highly recommend Yucca Health to start your weight loss journey.

Go somewhere else

They have been communicating, but absolutely nothing has gone right since I signed up and it’s been nothing but a waiting game.

First, they happily took my $1550, then I wasn’t able to access my portal, and I had to reach out to get access to my account, there was no option to set a password when I signed up, they send a “magic-link” to your email, something that they say they’ve fixed, but I still receive none of those emails (and yes I’ve checked spam and junk folders)

Someone finally set a password and I can access my account via that method, great.

They shipped my medication via UPS 2nd day air. That was a week ago. UPS has no idea where the package is, and neither does anyone. I’ve been in contact with both Yucca and UPS and neither will help, and they seem happy to keep me waiting with no resolution.

They will not refund my money nor do they have any guarantee that I’ll even get my shipment that I paid them almost a whole paycheck for.

Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. Go with and actual reputable company that will be proactive about communicating so you don’t have to chase down answers.

A great experience so far!

I have recently started my journey in weight loss but the time and care of this company can most definitely be seen and felt. From calls to check in to make sure you are ready and prepared to the app itself being very easy to navigate. So far I have felt very comfortable with my choice in choosing Yucca health to help me get to my goal. As well as they have many ways to monitor your expenses with them and have many ways to save money.

Fear mongering false advertising…

Fear mongering false advertising claiming a non existent FDA deadline is coming up trying to scare people into buying 6 months of medication. As of this writing the FDA has no pending deadlines for GLP-1 medications, only a vaguely worded statement that they will be harsher on glp 1 providers who claim to have copies of FDA approved drugs. I will never purchase from a company with such manipulative marketing practices.

Positive experience with Yucca

I did a lot of research into GPL-1 companies before choosing Yucca. All the reviews were positive, and their portal is very user friendly. My onboarding call with Johann went very smoothly. I like that I can message the doctor any time. I am looking forward to a brand new me!

The process to sign up was easy and didn’t take long at all. Once I was approved the onboarding person Lucy was super nice and helpful. My medication arrived quickly and the instructions easy. I don’t know if it’s working yet but I’m excited to find out in the next month or so.
