Codes didn’t work, sent a lot of letters about the problem and have no answer!

I made the payment for my product and still haven't received anything, since December 11, 2025.

The products are exceptional.

You can find great deals here for sure, but what annoys me the most is that this is NOT an auction, bots will randomly bid on a voucher to get to a certain price, they most definitely set a minimum price and use bots to reach it or make you pay more

If you’re able to bring back the Roompot auctions as before, it will continue to be one of the best apps in the Netherlands.

I used this when I was in copenhagen, chose hotel a bit complex website.

You can find the same products much cheaper elsewhere than on this website. It’s a waste of time and money. Please think twice before placing an order with them.

Also today i called the customer service she didn't help we can't do anything
i said its not good to say you can't help me , Verry bad website stealing money today I received a letter telling me I was won an auction for 4 euro and now I must payed plus 15% more plus 40 euro or more ,and I didn't know I won till now ,also I did not receive before any email or warning about payment or the auction ,i checked spam and trash there is nothing,i didn't receive warning or mail or email till today and they said we send maybe Google Gmail problem so you didn't receive so i must pay for mistakes of gmail or google or them system its real bad forb4 euro to pay 50,58 euro its real scam fraud .

1- The price of goods is a good help for people who want to pay less. 2- The variety of goods and services is good, although it has decreased recently. 3- Answering and solving customer problems is excellent. 4- It does not have very strict rules, which attracts customers. 5- The deadline of 5 days to pay for the winning items is good and reasonable.

I bought event tickets, and only after paying did I find out that there is no longer availability on the day I wanted. Cannot sell, transfer or refund the tickets.

The quality was very poor I over paid as it was my first time.
The vacuum has no power hardly cleans the carpet.
Good for a child To play with.
With the extra costs on top pls be careful. Always read the details carefully before starting to bid.
