Promised refund not paid
I returned my order and was clearly informed that the refund would be processed within the agreed timeframe.
Despite this confirmation, the refund has not been paid.
I have contacted the company several times by email, but no action has been taken.
Failing to return a confirmed refund and ignoring customer messages is unacceptable.
I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Poor Customer Service and No Respect for Consumer Rights
I’ve had a very disappointing experience with vidaXL regarding a warranty claim. When I referred to my legal rights under Norwegian consumer law, vidaXL repeatedly refused to acknowledge or follow them. The process turned into endless emails, delayed responses, and unhelpful suggestions. Whenever I mentioned the law, they avoided taking responsibility altogether. It was time-consuming, frustrating, and showed a lack of professionalism. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend vidaXL.

Nice design, but poor surface quality
I bought a storage box for above the bed. I liked the design, and I couldn’t find this model on other websites. The price was reasonable, the packaging was good, and the assembly instructions were clear.
However, the surface quality is very poor. It feels like something made to be placed inside a closet rather than as a finished exterior. I ordered the white color. Moreover, I think because of packaging convenience, the product was made with too much of small pieces which was unnecessary.
✅Edit: Thank you so much for your reply. Yes, I have received the email from you, and replied that I don't want to return it and you offered a 200 krones of coupan. Actually I need to buy a shelf but how can be sure about the surface quality? 😊

The site did not manage to finalize the order so i tried twice, and they charged me twice without finalizing the order. I sent mail right after and they still managed to send both, now they want me to monitor the return of the package to get a refund. If you read this my recommendation is to never buy anything from this site.

Customer service was good, but the product was a nightmare. I did not expect to receive a parcel containing 19 pieces to assembly. Not at that price!
The drawing/pictures were difficult to understand. In some cases the drawing was incomplete or plain wrong. All the prefabricated holes for screws and bolts were too small. I had to spend hours just making them bigger with a screwdriver! Never again!

Garbage
I bought 2 products, first one was a Towel rack and the screws were not in center with the pre drilled holes. I send an email about it and got a little bit of money back. Just very disappointed.
The second product was a tire rack, it was super unstable, and not made for a little bit bigger tires, when we put the tires in, it first of all didnt fit and second, it collapsed. Really bad quality and not as said on the site. I think if you have tiny tires or tires from a trailer it might be strong enough. But i would rather use the rack inside for storage. I paid 1500 NOK for the tire rack but i think its worth max 500 NOK. Very disappointed and i will never buy anything on vidaXL again.
Customer service said we were to late with complaining about the tire rack so i don't get anything back for this one.
Please do yourself a favor and do not buy anything here. Its garbage and the service is also garbage.
Update: i got an email that i could get a 50% refund and they now have refunded me. Glad that they gave me an option, so overall, Customer service is pretty ok and they gave me a good solution. Thank you for that!

Welll the bed is definitely something I wouldn’t recommend. Screws where missing, bended and missing parts.wooden parts were broken and once we managed to to put it together, screw heads were falling off after beings screwed. It was not even. Do not buy!

I am now changing the 1 star to 4 stars as vidaxl contacted me and helped a lot in making sure that I will be satisfied with their service.
