Have been using the walk fit app daily (well almost) for over a year now.
I love that you can pick and choose the type of workout and length of workout that you want to do.
This flexibility means I can still fit a shorter workout into a work day.

Found the pace of the exercises on the app too fast for me to do them correctly. I have a knee replacement and pain in my hip and right knee. I also felt pain from 3 straight days that I do not feel riding my stationary bike or swimming. I printed out the exercises and will work at a slow pace. I am 76

It's just an easy start into exercising or at least moving to hopefully ho onto more exercises

I've just started but at 82 I have been able to keep up with each session and it doesn't cause any soreness in my arms or legs. I've done no exercise in many years and expected pain, so very happy. This will prepare me for harder stuff as I progress.

WalkFit has kept me in a routine for the past year that has improved my fitness and helped me lose weight.

I was enjoying the app. But at no point was l told this was a auto subscription. You took £47.00 from my acc. I did not agree to this. I feel that l have been conned out of money. Very disappointed . Walkfit have asked me to make contact with Katie. I have done this waiting for a reply

There is a great variety of workouts available. I especially like the stretching and yoga ones and use them daily.

The exercises are not difficult, I feel comfortable as a beginner.

I am older with arthritis so my mobility changes from day to day so I appreciate the different workout options. I can pick a workout that fits my ability at that time. The short workout times make it easy to get through so I can repeat it later in the day.

I’m sorry but I realized I don’t need this app. to motivate me to walk. It’s not giving me what I need or want so unfortunately, for me, it’s not worth the money. I will be canceling this app. after this month.

I wish i had read these reviews before purchasing. As with others they have renewed a subscription without informing and giving notice - sorry but i will not recommend to anyone - in fact the complete opposite - just a SCAM very very disappointed

Beeps to transition are great.
I like the program & I hate to exercise.

I enjoy doing this fast exercise, it is doable, and I am feeling the benefit. However, I have just sent an email suggesting that you go through in slow motion any new movement before the workout starts, as sometimes it is hard to make out what the two women are actually doing before the time for that activity runs out.

I love the routines! They are working. I love the fact that they can be adjusted to your comfort level. Although, so far, they have been just right for me. Plus I love working out to a routine in the the privacy of my home any time I can fit it into my schedule!

Although I've only been doing this for about 10 days, I really enjoy the variety of workouts and the apps tracking progress. Admittedly, I have my favorites. In addition to the daily workout, I alternate with one or two additional workouts each day; the Japanese Indoor Walking, the Step Aerobics, and the Dance Your Steps. My favorite is the woman who does the Japanese style indoor walking. She's funny, engaging, and extremely encouraging. I'm very disappointed that there are only five of these workouts. I will do the last one tomorrow and hope that magically more appear from her!

I thoroughly enjoy the workouts. They are not difficult and do get you moving. I look forward to each days workout. It’s fun
