worst board game on line store ever

I pre-ordered a game with delivery expected (at the time of purchase) within 2 months. After almost a year, it still hasn’t arrived. They keep blaming their supplier, even though the game in question is available on other online sites.

The real problem is that they don’t offer a refund, only a store credit to be used on their website. Unfortunately, half of their catalog is out of stock. As a result, I’m forced to settle for spending the credit on a game I don’t need just to avoid losing the money I paid.

Avoid buying pre-ordered games or games that are not immediately in stock from this site, or you’ll lose your money.

I preordered and item on 17th of July

I preordered and item on 17th of July, which would be released on 31st of October. By 31 st of December I still don’t have what I purchased.

I attempted to cancel but was denied, stated by wellplayed that they don’t allow cancellation of preorders.

They don’t fulfill the order but they don’t give the customer the money back.

DO NOT preorder from wellplayed.

No delivery, but still no refund

Caution: even if they can't deliver a game they refuse to cancel your order or give you a refund. My money is gone. My recommendation: stay clear of this rip-off, and look for alternative and trustworthy board game online stores instead.

Awful company

Awful company. I have paid for the game, for the international courier shipment I was not able to claim the refund for and then they decided they will not pass the game to the courier. So I ended up paying 20 GBP for the courier getting nothing. STAY AWAY! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
