Amazing!
This helps me a lot because I started to cook when I was a kid and this is so useful for me so I can upgrade my cooking skills and be better.I love it!

Not my personal experience but my partner over here just can’t get their mind off their experience, I hear about this all the time and trust me I am happy they are involved in their classes.

Carlos has the skills to cook for a family or for a dinner party. His knowledge of food, nutrition and health is intricate, advanced and broad. I would highly recommend him. He is truly professional and cares about health, sourcing ingredients and the way in which food is cooked.

Carlos was amazing and made the class super accessible for both participants in the class, despite them having different levels of cooking expertise. Highly reccomend!!!

Carlos was engaging and encouraging during the tortilla and salsa class. The setting was very intimate and professional. He guided me through each step and was open for questions and feedback. I really enjoyed being in my own kitchen and cooking together. He taught me some techniques I was not aware of and the tortillas were fantastic. I won’t be buying them from the store anymore as these were so much better. The salsas were delicious and I used them for dinner that night. I am looking forward to trying some of the other classes “we the cooks”offers. Thank you for a fun evening with the added benefit of delicious cuisine as the payoff.

We had a fantastic time learning knife skills with We The Cooks! Carlos led a knife skills class for 8 people from our company. He was deeply skilled and knowledgeable, and he efficiently covered a lot of different skills in an hour. Learned a lot, we had a good time, and would love to take more courses.

Very comfortable way of taking a cooking class! I was apprehensive at first because the schedule looked limited but once we got it scheduled Carlos was very detailed and fun in explaining steps in the kitchen. If feels more comfortable being at home. I’m not a great cook but didn’t feel anxiety because it was just me and the chef.

I was able to make my first tortilla Española ever and it looked and tasted great. Sam was patient and kept the class moving along with her clear instructions. She must have some sort of teaching experience. The process to sign up and schedule was simple. The live video instruction method added that personal touch to make cooking easy

What a fun experience with We The Cooks! Class started on time, Carlos was detailed and patient and answered all my questions. He gave me some great personal tips not found on the packages or recipes! Both of the salsas and tortillas we made were delish and I already received compliments from friends! It was a great and fun experience!

Tons of fun! Class was informative of course but that aside, cooking is so much more fun with company and it almost felt like the chef was in the same room. Can’t wait to try a new class.
