I ordered headphones on October 8th. The site was "in stock". At first they said they would send in 1-3 days. Then a week later. Now again, about 1-3 days. If not sent before the 25th I will issue a refund.

Nice physical shop - horrible webshop!
The physical shop i Copenhagen looks great and the staff seem very helpful and competent, but the webshop is an utter disaster.
The website is extremely slow at loading and the search function is horrible - both central issues that will immediately make visitors lose their patience quickly. The general selection of products on the website is very limited (some shown products are even discontinued models). It seems like a very stupid choice of strategy, especially since the physical shops offer a much wider range of products than what is being displayed online. Prices on the website vary, but often seem a bit higher than the average webshop.
