I ordered three sweaters. They didn't look good on me. I tried them on for a maximum of one minute (per item) (one after the other) and I am naturally very hygienic. I also don't use perfumed products or anything like that. I then neatly packaged them and sent them back. Two of the three items were approved for return, and one item was rejected "because it supposedly had a strong scent."
I call this an abuse of power. As a private individual, you're up against a wall. You can't go anywhere. Now they're demanding payment, even though I don't want this sweater at all. They're accusing me of something completely fabricated.
I'm so shocked. I've never experienced anything like this. How powerless can you feel in such a situation?
This completely unreasonable situation (and all the other reviews where I detect the same pattern) has completely destroyed the entire reputation of this brand. I now consider them as scammers.

They never deliver to the right address and lately I have even received second hand (!) products!
The customer service chat is a big joke; they are not able to even check whether the right size is available for exchange and how the new item looks like.

Worst ever customer service..I ordered 2 items, they say they could not deliver cos I was out of the area, prior to this delivery I had received 2 deliveries at same address so that's wrong on their courier, this is now near 1 month and still they waiting for feedback from their warehouse team if the item was sent back in good condition...I never received the item and adidas were the ones cancelling such...its beyond a joke now and still I got to wait 14 days more for feedback from warehouse team about the order returned!!
Never ever use online adidas again, there customer care team are the worst I've dealt with...unprofessional is a kind word to use !!!

Terrible customer service. I bought 2 shoes online and returned them in the store in Paris. I never received the reimbursement. After contacting the customer service, they told me I need to go back to the store and check what went wrong (they are not able to contact their own store). I ordered a backpack and two pairs of shoes for my son. The backpack arrived in a trash bag with marks on it, and the shoes never showed up—lost by OnTrac. I've called adidas three times and still no refund. They keep saying they’re filing a claim, but nothing happens. Very disappointed and my money was not returned. Avoid ordering from adidas.com

ZERO stars. Been a regular customer who spends a decent amount of money on adidas gear - but not anymore. I had two packages that I was not able to pick up, assuming they would be returned after the last collection date. 4 weeks later, nothing has happened. NO tracking info, been trying to talk to adidas CS via email, and whatsapp but keep getting either AI BS answers, or just some so called customer service staff that are inept to do their jobs. Every time it's different "person" and no one understands even the simplest things. It took over a week and endless conversations to try to make them understand that I never received the products. Then, they keep closing the chat thread when they owe you money. So, I've made a police report and am also going to forward this to other authorities. In one word: shitshow.

If there was no stars I would give them this. Received runners which were stained and soles filthy. I got on to adidas chat and told to return straight away which I did. Received email this morning saying basically this never happened before so I was trying to pull a fast one .. funny thing is I contacted them initially on 21 october and posted back 22 october, but on my return details today it had return rejected 21 oct when they hadn’t even been sent. So I doubt there would ever have been a fair outcome. have deleted the adidas app and never purchase from them ..
Horrible customer service don’t order
Ordered new 200€ shoes, after few months they’re already broken. Customer service is horrible, I’ve contacted the customer service several times to get either money refunded or new pair of shoes. Takes days to get a reply (if any at all), and absolutely no interest in solving the case. Really bad, shame on you Adidas.

Daylight Robbery
I recently purchased a pair of shoes as a birthday gift for my brother who lives overseas. Imagine our surprise and disappointment when we opened the package to find that the shoes were of two completely different sizes, rendering them utterly unwearable.
I immediately reached out to Adidas customer support, expecting a swift and fair resolution. However, despite providing photographic evidence of the faulty product, my request for a full refund was flatly refused. The lack of accountability and unwillingness to rectify their mistake is appalling.
This experience has been an eye-opener. It's clear from other reviews that I'm not alone in my frustration. Adidas seems to have a pattern of poor customer service and questionable business practices. I urge everyone to think twice before purchasing from them. There are plenty of other brands that value their customers and deliver what they promise. Adidas, is not one of them.
Avoid at all costs. Save your money and your sanity.
When I was buying a soccer shoe
When I was buying a soccer shoe, they kept ramming us with discounts every corner. It was quite annoying. I bought the soccer show, and noticed somethings were wrong when I arrived back home. The shoe had metal studs which was heavily damaged and the shoe was supposed to come with a bag and a stud screwer but it didn't so the studs kept failing off when used. And the studs where already put on the shoe which wasn't supposed to happen.

useless I have been waiting for a refund for over a week and it's just been sitting in your warehouse for that long doing nothing. it seems none of your staff are able to actually do anything at all which makes them pointless. worst experience with a company I have ever had. also you received a different return from me yesterday to your warehouse and did a refund straight away but for this one you have been sat on it for a week and are doing nothing.
