Horrible company

Horrible company. They have you fill out forms that dont work. Then will attempt to place blame on you to not pay out there claim. Their shady practices are definitely worthy of a class action lawsuit.

Intially, I was trying to place a repair claim online. I wanted to drop off my computer. The address they gave me doesn't service desktops and it was my only choice. I was able to connect to a live agent who was very helpful. He handled the process very smoothly and quickly.

Replacement of TV because of warranty

They immediately acted on the problem. They son of representative out of the home and a reasonable amount of time. He looked at the set and said it couldn’t be repaired. Indicated that my policy would cover a replacement. They worked well with me and getting a replacement and I paid the difference for an upgraded model. They provided me with three choices and they were all good choices.

Great customer service and honest!

They provided great support for my dirty charge port being friendly and professional from the beginning and suggesting I call to file a claim and I only got dry coffee grounds in my port so they don't have to replace my entire phone. Rather that choose to make money off a deductable they're very honest with me! And the farewell was very friendly and professional as well! I'm glad I went with Asurion for AT&T! They're great partners!

I had to file a claim today and had some difficulty linking my account. Oscardaniel did an amazing job helping me link my purchase and arranging for me to return the defective product to receive my refund. I greatly appreciate the help, I was concerned when my purchase was not linked under my plan but it was handled quickly. Thank you so much! The protection subscription is worth every penny.

Success! Excellent experience.

The agent was so helpful & knowledgeable. This was my first time making a claim, & things got a bit complicated, but both the agents at Amazon & Asurion provided me with all the correct info to share, and the entire experience was successful. I have been with Amazon for over 20 years, and Asurion since 2016.I will remain with both & will pass my experience on to others. Thank you so much.

We went to the ubreakitifix location in Arlington on South Cooper with a dead Ipad. David was professional, courteous ank knowledgeable as he diagnosed the problem as a dead battery. After checking his stock, he was able to quote us a price. it was very reasonable, but due th age of the device, we chose to order a new Ipad.

I don’t like doing txt chats. But this was a different experience. My whole claim took less than 30 min to resolve. It has actually taken longer to do this review. Dave from Asurion was great. He helped me and gave me time to reply to his chat. Thanks for your help.

I had an absolutely outstanding…

I had an absolutely outstanding customer service experience today. The system wasn’t working and I was extremely frustrated, but Daphne completely turned the situation around. She stayed calm, listened patiently, and made me feel heard and relieved right away. She walked me through everything step-by-step and truly lifted a huge burden off my shoulders. If I could give 100 stars, I would! Daphne was amazing, professional, and absolutely perfect. Thank you for such incredible support!
