The Worst Customer Experience I’ve Ever Had!
1. Dishonesty:
Like many other Google Maps reviews mention, if you don’t write down/record exactly what the seller says, there’s a high chance you won’t get what was promised. The seller told me that the tyres on my car were “four-season, a bit towards winter.” However, when I picked up my car yesterday and asked about the tyres again, the seller said, “I’m pretty sure these are summer tyres. I don’t remember saying they were four-season.” Seriously? It’s mid-October — the time of year when people start changing to winter or all-season tyres. This unprofessional and irresponsible statement has caused me a significant unexpected expense immediately after buying the car.
2. Poor Communication:
There was no response for five days right after I signed the contract. This situation seriously damaged my trust and left me quite disappointed. I even sent an email to the sales manager to explain my concerns, but unsurprisingly, I received no reply even after a week. They simply leave customers in the dark, feeling frustrated and ignored — it’s clear they don’t care.
The only star I’m giving is because the seller waited for me when my train was badly delayed, and I couldn’t arrive on time to pick up the car. However, that courtesy doesn’t make up for their dishonesty, unprofessionalism, and lack of responsibility.

I recently purchased an Opel Mokka-e, and I had a fantastic experience! Joakim Tanski was extremely helpful throughout the process—friendly, knowledgeable, and provided excellent hospitality. The dealership also has a nice play area for children, which made the visit even more convenient for families. Highly recommended!
My experience with Christopher H was great. I came in the dealership and was recommended to go straight to him. From start to finish Christopher helped me with all the things I needed and got me in the right car. Communication was consistent and great, I was always in the know of what was going on. Will definitely buy again and recommend this place and Christopher.

The Sales Associate made the buying process stressful and confusing. We are now having issues with the car that we purchased and he has been unhelpful and rude. Will not purchase from this dealership again.
I bought the car who show a tire pressure error on the test drive and the wheel needs a balance, the seller assured me that the errors will be fixed before the pickup. Two weeks later when I pick up the car this same errors was still whit the car. I came next day after pickup and reported the error and make an appointment for fixing. After “fixing” only tire pressure sensor error get fixed. I called after 30min to let them know that the wheels are still wrong and the car is pulling to the right.
Service consultant inform me that there has to be an error whit the tires and ask me to send the details about the size (it’s 19 inches). Next day I get a call that the the company is not interested to fix the problem nevertheless this same problems was reported from the test drive and I own the car two weeks
Very bed costumer service I’m considering to put my lawyer on the case or return the car!!
Amazing service and customer care. We were handled with extreme professionalism. If you are in the market for a new or second hand car this is definitely the place to go.

The worst experience ever with Mathias from Kia Bilerneshus Silkeborg.
We just contacted Mathias and told him that we wanna that offer (7500 dkk the installation and monthly payment like 369 dkk). He just made an order to the Clever company but he made a wrong one. He just ordered only Unlimited Charging to the Clever stations (250 dkk/month), so I just contacted the Clever company because I thought that it was a system problem or something, but they told me that he made an order only for clever unlimited charging.

So, he just agree that I already have a charging box at my home, but I dont have it, so I had to give emails and phone calls to finally create another order and now, after one month, I can charge my car. FINALLY.
Mathias calls me today, 05/05/22 and he INSULT ME by telling me that it was a communication problem because I was talking in English, like “noob, you have to learn Danish if you wanna talk with me”.
Thats my story...
If you can't find another company to made a deal, than choose this one but BECAREFULL!

After 16 months of buing my Passat 2.0 TDI I'm very dissapointed. My car broke down in the middle of motorway. water pump damaged.
According to service book and seller's assurances the timing belt and water pump were replaiced before I bought my Passat. Now my mechanic says that nothing was even touched and all the parts are original mounted in VW factory. It is fraud and cheating !!! I will not leave it, the consequences will be drown! Shame on you Bilerneshus !

I had an accident and should have my own car fixed at Bilernes hus. I get a "borrow" car, and due to I drive carefully, I did not draw a ekstra insurance.
As I trusted this company, I sadly did not check the car before I startet to use it. As I picked up my wife, she asked me about the scratches on the passenger side. Both rims where damages alot. I took pictures of this 1 hour after I startet to use the car. As I was using this car, Weird sound also came from the sides.
As I returned the car, I informed the lady at the desk about what I had observed. She just told me, there was nothing on the car before I got it.
After a few days she returned to me again and told me I had to pay the 5000 Dkr in self-risk on the car, and she had spoken to her workshop worker, and he had told her he had delivered the car to the parking, and did not se any damages. This I know is a lie!!!! as I did not have any collisions as I was driving it!! and she told me, She will send me the bill, and I could do nothing about it!! it was my problem!! not theirs!!
Result, I have to pay 5000 Dkr, for something I did not do, they have told med several times I am a liar. and they are not. I STRONGLY RECCOMEND NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY, as they scam normal people, just because I did not want to buy the extra insurance . I believe they knew about this, and just waited for an innocent customer, not to discover this damage, and then pound them for self-risk money.. SCAM Company.. beware.. read all your documents from them.. I will never buy a car from them again, or get my car fixed there again.. not even for Service!!

Since there are many brands, my review covers the Nissan office of Bilernes Hus.
The service was quite friendly and professional. Søren helped us a lot and explained many things with patience. This is important considering we don't speak Danish and had no experience of buying a car in DK. We went there without an appointment and had a chance the have a test drive. We have decided to buy the car the same day. After a few days I went to pick up the car and the car was delivered in a quite clean state along with some cute decorations :)
It has now been 1,5 months and I had no issues with the car. I was contacted by the financial company and the insurance company just like Søren has said.
We have 2 kids (8 and 3 years old) and it is important to say that there was enough play areas or toys around that kept them occupied so we had the chance to discuss details.
All and all we had a nice experience so I'd definitely recommend Bilernes Hus to others and I'd sure to visit them again if we need another car.
