They’re good at sorting problems, however the leggings rip very easily. I bought a pair in late oct (23/10/25) of last year and they’re already ripped. Please could I get the replacement of the brown leggings. Unfortunately I can’t upload the photos.

Terrible experience! I paid a lot, I knew the return process would be complicated, I paid for the return and they still wanted to charge me more tax! The website is poorly explained and it's super difficult to speak to customer service!

Absolutely shocking parcel was marked as delivered didn’t receive the item. Contacted the them after a massive nightmare finally filled the form out that i didn’t receive sent back after taking ages. Replied back saying out of there hands as it was marked as delivered. My eyes its not delivered if i not received my item. Absolutely shocking. Will never order again. Never received the item. So £100 out pocket disgusting

Second time buying from this company, and both times at least one item was non-returnable due to “hygienic reasons” — including earmuffs. The item was in perfect condition but didn’t fit because of the design. Be careful and read the small print, as not all items can be returned unfortunately.

I paid for an order that was marked as delivered, but I never received the package. When I contacted customer service, they refused to offer a refund or replacement, relying solely on the courier’s delivery confirmation.
No proof of delivery was provided (no photo, no signature, no GPS confirmation), and no investigation was offered. The response was essentially that nothing could be done.
As a customer, I find it unacceptable to be charged for an item I never received, especially without any real proof that it was delivered.
Update:
After leaving this review, the brand got back in touch and agreed to issue a refund. I’m currently waiting for the amount to be credited back to my account, but I appreciate that they ultimately took responsibility and worked towards a resolution.
While the initial handling of the situation was frustrating, I wanted to update my review to reflect that the matter is now being addressed and that the brand has been responsive in the end.

There is a promo going on where you spend $330+ on ski and receive a free bag with purchase. When I got to checkout, the free gift did not get automatically added to my cart like most online retailers do with free gifts, even though my purchase was $400+. I placed my order and immediately emailed support. The rep who got back to me honored my request and put in a shipment for the bag promo that I was expecting, which I appreciated. However, she told me that I was supposed to add the bag to my cart before checkout and it would automatically register as free because of the promo. I found this to be confusing and there were no directions on the website about this. I’ve never seen an online retailer do free promo this way. The sales rep told me she would do a “one time courtesy,” I guess because she thought I was too dumb to get it the first time. It felt a bit condescending the way they handled it. Instead of apologizing for the confusion and adding better instructions for future buyers, the sales rep seemed to place the blame on me for not knowing any better.
