We were having a complete meltdown, we had issues with a funky smell for a couple of weeks, we found the source of the smell was coming from a corner cupboard in the kitchen and on further investigation discovered a hole in the floor and a glimmer of what looked like a small puddle of water. Dyno rod was recommended by a family member and it was easy to book an appointment to assess the situation.dynorod sent Callum who was great and he was surprised at what the actual issue was, he gave great advise and a solution. It's the start of a big job but we have confidence that dynorod will correct the issue quickly and efficiently.thanks

Callum deserves his five stars, and then some. Living in a new build that shares drains with 5 other houses, I seemed to be the only one with issues, Callum turned up, took all the information I had and set about trying to solve the mystery of how the hell my drains work. With help of my neighbours, we were able to find that the blockage went down further than either of us thought. After trying all that he could, he was about ready to call it and say it was gonna be a septic tanker job. However, he was determined to figure it out and went back to the first drain and tried one more time. This resulted in the block getting cleared and I honestly couldn't be more grateful. Genuinely appreciated his service and down to earth attitude.

Real easy, user friendly system. Booked an online appointment for a blocked drain and was called back within half an hour to confirm engineer booked. Attended when stated. Very professional, polite engineer carried out the required work efficiently and quickly. Cost was given upfront with no added extras. Second time I've used Dyno-rod and never disappointed. My go-to for issues like this as the whole customer experience is excellent. A special shout out to the lady who called me back. She was brilliant.

I have been very impressed with the service I have received from Dino in the past. Today was no exception, Bradley was very personable. He efficiently replaced the two parts causing the leaks, apologised for the minor water spillage and also gave helpful advice on adjusting the water supply before I next go on holiday.
I Had a British Gas engineer visit us for a repair on our boiler through our home plan on 15/1. Informed by British Gas that my boiler has a leak and they will book an appointment for their partners Dyno-rod to come and repair the valve as they could not do it. Next appointment booked for 11/2 for Dyno-rod to finish the repair. I was present and the engineer had the phone on loudspeaker when he was booking the future Dynorod-rod appointment. (In the meantime leaking orange fluid from my boiler is still splattering up my walls)
Booked today off of work. Still hadn’t heard anything by lunchtime so I called head office to be told: “ can’t see you have an appointment for today, sorry…” when the staff looked into a bit more I was then told I DID have an appointment for today at approx 2PM.
At 4:30pm I messaged the WhatsApp number to ask where the engineer was. Once again told my appointment couldn’t be seen and what was my reference number (never given one as Dyno-rod did not communicate with me once prior to today) and to wait until 6pm as they may be running late.
I was then called 10 mins later to be told “due to an emergency in the area, they won’t be coming today and we have no availability to see you for another 8 days”.
Seems like my appointment got forgotten/mixed up and the best lie anyone could come up with was that an emergency happened. The annoying part is that I seriously have to wait another 8 days, due to no fault of my own.
What an absolute joke and a waste of time. Cannot wait to cancel my home plan once the repairs have been done. Wouldn’t recommend at all. Seems like if you have ££ to pay the call out fee, you receive good service. If you pay for a home care plan you get bumped to the bottom of the list.
Connor and Kieran came by to unblock an outside drain pipe today and were very professional and friendly and got the job done promptly with minimal fuss. Would recommend them to everyone!

Have been told by head office my mum would get an engineer this afternoon as she is vulnerable (86) and only has one toilet (blocked). Ten minutes later a chap calls from Norwich to inform me he has four guys off sick and wouldn't be able to get there until tomorrow at the earliest. Asked what i should do? His response was call another company!!!! his attitude fell far below my expectations of i'm assuming manager. Have used this company twice before but will never use again. So much for vulnerable!!!!
