Recently I placed an order. I received an order confirmation by email but that was it .After one week I emailed them to ask if the item was sent and ,in case it wasn't , asked them to cancel it because I was going abroad .They replied that they canceled it and that they would refund me. One day later I received the invoice for the item.I mailed them again and to my surprise I received a reply informing me that they couldn't cancel my order since the invoice was made and that a carrier was going to pick up the parcel . I guess they never heard about making credit notes. Also they could have prevented the pick-up by the carrier.They mentioned I could refuse the delivery.Of course that implies going through the time consuming procedure to get a refund .Also they charged me VAT twice .All so unprofessional. First and last time I ordered from them .
This is the worst shop I‘ve ever seen
This is the worst shop I‘ve ever seen. No updates, no proper information given. You can purchase the product on the website that isn’t even available at their warehouse, then you will be fed with fake promises that they ordered the product and will ship it to you soon. And only after hundreds of messages later they will admit that nothing is going to come. Will I get my money back? I do really hope so, until then, don’t make my mistake and avoid this shop at all costs!
Farmae: Where the Customer May Never Be Right
Company works in very lazy style. Company advertised that a grocery item was in stock and could arrive within a week to two weeks. Company did not have the item in stock, and did not contact me. Company only attempted to ship the partial order and issued partial refund. Company chose a shipper in Romania (Cargus) that held the item in Bucharest for 10 days in a warehouse without making a delivery attempt (even though they had my address and phone #) until I initiated a dispute on the charge with RF Bank. I had written and called the company and Cargus many times. In fact one time, Cargus just hung the phone up on me when I just inquired. This company (Farmae) did not respond to my messaging on the whereabouts once they thought the item was with Cargus. When my item did arrive, some of the items were damaged. It was if the box was kicked or tossed around in shipping. Awful experience. Better to avoid this company as they did not care that their product should have arrived in full after a week, but arrived in part only after a month.
Ordered and paid 2x15kg dog's food
Ordered and paid 2x15kg dog's dry food. And from one day to another I've got an email that they can't send those products and I'll get the price of 1x15kg back. I wrote back that it's not correct, even I sent the invoice what I paid. No answer. And finally I wrote that I'll go to the police. Then the Admin sent that I'll get 1x15kg dog's food and the other one's price will be paid back. Bad experience.

No refund received on products paid for and never delivered
I placed two orders (#1018731386 and #1018778488) in June and July. In both cases, the correct quantity was not delivered: it's October and I'm still waiting for my refund... No comment...
stay away from them
it used to be a very good company to buy from and save good money. I do not know what happened but something went bad. You issue the order, they confirm it, then they delete it informing that you will get your money back, which is quite hard. No chances to contact them by phone...
Be careful! They don't have most of items they advertise online!
I ordered 14 items, 6 of which were important and the remaining 8 were non-essential items like candies. They sent 4 candies in a box and refunded the rest. If they didn't have 10 items, shouldn't they have asked before shipping? If I knew they don't have major item ,I would cancel the order!! I won't be ordering again.
Missing refund
My last 5 orders were not shipped completely. Some items in each order were missing. Farmae should refund me, but for last 2 orders Farmae did not, hence I have loosen money
Items out of stock not shipped — no refund issued
I placed an order on Farmaè on June 9th. Some items were out of stock, and I was told I would receive a refund.
More than a month later, and after three follow-up emails, I have yet to receive anything.
Customer service has been vague and unhelpful. It’s unacceptable that a company of this size handles refunds so poorly.
I strongly advise against purchasing from Farmaè—if anything goes wrong, getting assistance or a refund is nearly impossible.

I ordered two products which were (and still are available on their website) first the order was ok, then they informed me they didn't have the items so I was going to get a refund.

Embarassing Customer Care
This is my first review on Trustpilot. I usually don’t have the time (or the motivation) to share my experiences, especially since most of them have been fairly positive.
This time, however, I felt compelled to write because the service provided by Farmaè was, to say the least, embarrassing.
I ordered two medications on July 11th — nothing special, just common, easily available products. On July 16th, I received an email from them stating that, due to a stock shortage, they couldn’t fulfill my order and that I would be refunded.
From that moment on, it was a one-sided conversation with their customer service: no replies whatsoever. I also tried calling the phone number listed on their website, only to get a recorded message instructing me to use their online form, where I was supposedly guaranteed a response. Of course, that never happened.
After about ten unanswered emails, I finally filed a claim through PayPal and managed to get my money back.
Goodbye forever, Farmaè. I honestly hope you go out of business.

They are scammers!
I placed an order on 2nd July 2025, and the status remained “in process” for a couple of days. After I reached out to enquire, I was told the order had been reordered, which was never communicated initially.
I received a tracking number through a link they provided, but the tracking status never updated. When I entered the same tracking number directly on the official website of the logistics company, it said the number was not found.
This raises serious concerns. It appears that the tracking system they shared is fake or deliberately misleading, and to make matters worse, I never received an invoice for my purchase.
At this point, I have lost nearly 100 euros, and there has been no resolution. This experience feels like a scammer.

I have bought products from this website many times and I was really satisfied with it. However, my last order with the order number of 1018189573 that I had placed on 6th of April, did not sent to me. I received an email, saying that they will refund the money in 14 days, but they never did it until now. I have sent them tens of messages, but there is no respond.
