Nothing's good about the product or them...

The Sport watch didn't hold to simple wear, the glass scratched waaaay too easy and the watertightness does not keep up with washing hands. Let's not speak about customer care, both local Hungarian representative, as much as the country responsible in Spain are shameless!! Beware!!

Wanted to buy a strap and clasp for…

Wanted to buy a strap and clasp for Perrelet for an A2041/B. They sold it to me but had to ask them when it was coming for them to remember that it was shipped. After I received it went to the watchmaker to fit it but it came without 3 screws. Asked perrelet for 3 screws and they sent. Was quick and nice but was surprised they just sent the 3 and not spare just in case, but they done what they should. However went back to the watchmaker and the only screw original on the clasp was twisting on it self and wouldn’t come out. Asked for another screw because althoug the watchmaker could solve the problem and manufacture a screw wouldn’t look original and exactly the same as the others. perrelet ignored me didn’t sent the screw and it costed me 100€ to solve a problem that I should be able to solve at home for free.
Love the brand but didn’t felt treated well for what I paid for this watch. Want to buy an original ceramic bracelet and another perrelet watches but I’m having seconds thoughts.

I thought that it was trustworth…

I thought that it was trustworth company with quality watches.
I bought unfortunately a watch Festina at the price of 350€.
From the second month i had problems.
It was bluring.
I sent it 3 times for fixing and they failed to fix it here in Greece. Now it doesnt even shows the time right. Every week i have to correct the time.
Cheap and useless company.

My watch kept falling off my wrist

I swapped the supplied metal strap for a leather one on a Festina watch I bought earlier this year, after which a pin kept coming off, new pins were fitted but it came off and the knock moved the hour hand enough to make it hard to read the time (is it 4:20 or 5:20?). In the bin it goes, what a waste of money.

Impossible to return watches

I ordered watches for a gift in November 2023. I read on the website that they could be returned so I was confident that I was making a safe purchase. It was an insolent lie. Unfortunately watches didn't fit and I created a return on website 2 days later. Since then passed 2 months (!!!) and I still can't return it because of several reasons. They promise me two times that delivery company will collect my watch, but nobody called me, nobody collected it. I can't print return label because button on site just doesn't work. Honestly, I have never met such terrible service. And this is a world-famous company? Just a shame. I registered here and left a review so that people know who they are dealing with. The company does not keep its promises, takes weeks to respond to messages, and cannot (or doesn't want?) organize the return for 2 months. I think that soon I'll just smash this watches with a hammer when I get tired of waiting. Apparently the entire budget was spent on attracting Gerard Butler, and nothing left for normal customer service.

Terribile customer service

Received my order which was too big. Needed to return, went through their return process and still awaiting a return label for the UPS driver to collect. Have been in touch with Festina numerous times requesting this, it takes them 3-4 days for them to reply and they keep fobbing me off. This is going on over a month now. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Regarding Lotus smartwatches

Regarding Lotus smartwatches, I have been able to verify that they share software with cheap Chinese watches. In fact, besides the official Lotus application, there are others that can be paired with the watch and surprisingly OFFER MORE FEATURES THAN THE OFFICIAL ONE.

Without proper and carefully developed software, I'm afraid the watch's measurements may not be very accurate, as the algorithms in generic brand software are not reliable.

The impression I have is that Lotus only offers good finishing and aesthetically pleasing watches. They don't care about the user experience. It doesn't seem like they are interested in creating a significant line of smartwatches or building a loyal community of followers. They seem to be content with their classic watches and just want a small share of the smartwatch market.

A simple example of what I'm saying is their application. Apart from offering fewer features than other applications compatible with their watches, they haven't even bothered to provide a good variety of watch faces. If their smartwatches are aimed at "casual" customers, it's very likely that these customers care less about features but more about appearance, and watch face designs are a crucial part of the overall look of smartwatches.

In summary, for the price of Lotus smartwatches, you have much better options from recognized brands with more features, better performance, and overall higher quality.

Do NOT buy a Lotus Watch

Do NOT buy a Lotus Watch! Or From Festina Group!

I bought the 50019 model.
DO NOT buy anything from Festina Group, who make Lotus Watches. Very poor service and are not concerned with your consumer rights. I bought this watch at Masters In Time, NL, Holland Watch Group and after only a few months, the watch ended up with a fault and kept turning on and off by itself and would not stop. When I returned it, they came back to me stating that it can't be repaired under warranty as I had caused the damage. Which I had most certainly not. And now they will not respond to my emails. Do Not buy a Lotus watch or anything from Festina Group, Masters in Time or Holland Watch Group!!! If there is a fault, you will have to pay for it to be repaired.

No technical assistance.

I made a request for the repair of a bracelet that is still under warranty, I wrote to the brand and was informed that they do not send spare parts and that I should seek technical assistance in the country where I live, I wrote to assistance here in Denmark and was informed that there is no such service for Lotus bracelets, which belong to the same group. a simple screw cannot be shipped or available in the country where I live. I wrote again to the brand and they didn't get back to me, a disrespect for the customers.

Poor quality

I was gifted a festina watch about 18months ago. I have been careful to avoid wearing it in situations where it may get damaged eg DIY or gardening. One day in July I noticed the winding knob had disappeared. It was still under guarantee so I took it to my local stockist. They agreed it was in good condition. However they said the part may not be included in the guarantee. Strange as this is a fundamental part of the watch. In the end they refused to honour the guarantee and I had to pay for the repair. On return, one of the numeral markers had dropped off and it had to be returned for repair again. I finally got my watch back after nearly 4 months...
Very poor quality workmanship. I will never buy another Festina product nor recommend them to others.

Hysterical poor quality.

Hysterical poor quality.
Bought a Fistina clock a year ago. it has been to repair five times.
now it is thrown in the trash.
So good advice. Do not buy a Fistina clock. Throw money into the trash.
save you time.

Jaguar watches

Very very poor quality.

Coating wears of within a month.
Leader strap is actually part-rubber, and looks worn after 1 week of use.
Rubber strap breaks after 1 year of use.
Second hand timer broken after 18 month.
Watch suddenly stops, and clock has to be reset.

Buy Seiko instead. My oldest Seiko watch is 12 years old, and works like a charm.
