Great experience and good customer service

I’ve had a really good experience with Holdit overall. My first phone case lasted for 2 years and I was very happy with it. When I bought a new one, it unfortunately broke after just 2 months — not due to misuse. I contacted the Holdit team, and they were super quick and helpful in sending me a replacement. Really appreciate the great customer service!

Bad quality, last a few months

I bought a Holdit case because I wanted one made of recycled plastic and they have great designs. Unfortunately it started to fall apart after only a few months. The protective layer on top of the plastic is gone in some places but the worst part is that one angle broke when I got the phone out of the case for cleaning (without too much force, I take care of my stuff). Maybe I just had bad luck and got a faulty one.

Order never arrived:(

I love holdit cases but it was my first time ordering. I didn’t receive the order and the customer service really wanted to resend it but I insisted on getting the money back and in the end, that’s where the story ended. It’s a shame that the delivery is so bad, because they have nice deals and nice cases.

Lost Apple Watch due to Faulty Watch Band

Hi,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and disappointment with your product. I ordered the Watch Band Silicone Magnet Pink/Beige 42/44/45/49mm for my Apple Watch. Firstly, the shipping took an unreasonably long time, but when it finally arrived, I was happy and immediately put it on my watch.
However, the very next day, I went on a boat trip and jumped into the water. To my shock, the watch band came loose, causing my Apple Watch to fall off and sink – it was too deep to retrieve. I trusted your product to keep my watch secure, and there was no information indicating that it could not be used while swimming.
I expect you to take responsibility for this faulty product and compensate me for my lost Apple Watch due to its failure. Please let me know how you plan to resolve this matter.

Already broken after ~6 weeks.

I bought a simple case that had high reviews, but am quite appalled the case is already broken at every corner, and when I dropped it the other day the plastic corner of the case ripped out of it's silicone shell and cut me. I don't recommend.

UPDATE: Holdit did get back to me and is actively sending me a new case. Which I appreciate their customer service!

Delivery problems

Ordered a laptop case 29/11 - should be delivered by Bring after 1-3 days. Amount drawn from my account 3/12!
No parcelnumber - so it is not possible to track the parcel. Still not received 6/11.
Wrote to customer service - they are pointing fingers at Bring (who have delivered other parcels to me without problems).
This is NOT acceptable!! If Holdit have problems with Bring - use another carrier!! I need this parcel for a birthday!!

First off took ages to come

However nice and sustainable products…

However nice and sustainable products Holdit is producing, when shipping an order - for free - Holdit fails to mention that they ship it with Royal Mail! I’ve currently waited 8 days for my order, and knowing when mail is delivered in my area, I’ll most likely have to wait another week to receive my package.
Super annoying!

I ordered two cases and both of them are destroyed. These cases look nice but you can get the same ones for 5€ from AliExpress. These ones are overestimated. I will never buy there again.
