Very disappointed that a newly started brand like this can’t offer better delivery options. I chose to pay extra for the home delivery (1-2 days) but didn’t receive my package until one week later and to a postal agent far away instead of the home delivery.

Totally ruined the customer experience for me.

Mixed feelings about this brand
Bought a pregnancy tshirt and a pregnancy dress which I both love.
I also ordered the wide jeans and upon trying them on I loved them - comfortable and good fit plus extra happy with the 34” length (I’m tall). But after washing them before use they felt completely different. Suddenly they were very loose, waistband sticks out and the top part over the stomach had no elasticity in it. I thought that maybe it was just a sizing issue so went for a smaller size but same thing happened to them. Customer service has been a bit slow to respond but have agreed for me to return the jeans. Unclear so far what solution they will offer.
They claim that they have never heard about this issue before which I have a hard time believing, but who knows…

This company is a scam. I ordered two pairs of jeans 3 weeks ago and they never made it past customs. Customer service refuses to refund me or resend the jeans. I was not aware these jeans were shipping outside of the UK

Disappointed. The waistband design of the jeans is quite unreasonable in terms of both size and material. The waistband lacks elasticity. When your belly is still small, the jeans keep sliding down. When your belly grows bigger, the waistband feels extremely tight and uncomfortable.

Extremely disappointing online experience.

I made three significant purchases for Ilouity jeans after seeing advertisements via well known fashion agencies (Vogue) etc.

The delivery and returns process has been absolutely appalling. I've never come across such a difficult online shopping experience. I live in the U.K. and the parcels are delivered from/returned to Sweden.

Delivery was via UPS and all three parcels ran into complications with delivery points, dates and notification issues. One parcel arrived one month after the purchase was completed online with no tracking information, it just turned up randomly one day. As it was after one month it appears the online return form that Ilouity provide via fedex was unavailable to download. I contacted the team and they advised me to return via Royal Mail at my own expense, but with a full refund once the parcel was returned (i.e. no return fees taken of the refund total). I attempted to do so and have been quoted £80 for postage. For only ONE parcel.

The other two parcels were returned via Fedex, per the Ilouity link provided, and neither have arrived yet, nor any refund received.

I have contacted the help team to ask them to take my request seriously and provide proper assistance for this. The total return figure is over £1000 so has become a very stressful process.

As for the jeans themselves, the quality seems ok. However as someone who usually wears a 34 or 36 in jeans I've founded the sizing very off. I kept a pair of size 40 jeans - even at only 5 months pregnant.

For those outside of Sweden I would strongly recommend looking for a more established brand or jeans that can be found locally.

The pants are so good, comfy, cool and good quality! Higly recomended!!! I have also socks and nursing tops, same good quality. It is easy to get in touchs with customer service to ask questions about the products and i allways get quick replies! Best pregnancy brand!!

I searched far and wide for acceptable maternity attire and just couldn’t find anything. Enter these jeans which are absolutely fabulous! They are stylish and comfortable - exactly what every expecting mom wants. I love that they have expanded into more products like shirts - I can’t wait to try them!

I cannot say enough good things about Ilouity. The quality and fit are incredible and I love supporting a women owned brand. It’s also a great gift for the expecting women in your life.

I love this brand, first and most important, run by mothers.
They understand the needs of a pregnant woman. Their jeans are amazingly produced and wear soft to your bump. After my beautiful son was born I really enjoyed the nursing tank, being able to just wear that instead of tight and uncomfortable nursing bra’s.

I am absolutely in love with the Square Neck Top!
It's so incredibly versatile and flattering that I find myself reaching for it even though I'm not pregnant. The square neckline adds such a chic touch, and the fit is just perfect - not too tight, not too loose. Whether I'm pairing it with jeans for a casual look or dressing it up with a skirt for a night out, it always looks stylish and put-together. I can't recommend this top enough - it's a must-have in every wardrobe, pregnant or not!

Unfortunately, the maternity pants that are recommended by Vogue were not quite right. The sizes differ from the standard, but the most frustrating part was the return. With pretty high prices there is also a return fee that goes additionally to the delivery fee. It was minus 40 euros in total. A good way to make money on pregnant - just charge extra for all returns.
