Avoid Intertoys - complete ripoff
The Intertoys store near Eagle Beach in Aruba was a terrible experience. We purchased a toy there for our grandchild that was defective. When we opened it we noticed that the product had an offensive, strong chemical odor. We attempted to return it the next day but the store staff refused to accept the return or refund our money. They claimed that “this is our policy” and “this is the normal smell”. Nonsense. Being from the US, we are used to stores taking back defective products, no questions asked. Intertoys is to be avoided as the staff is extremely rude, they sell defective merchandise and refuse to accept returns. They don’t deserve any stars but make no mistake, they deserve a zero rating.

Wanneer alles via de normale procedure verloopt is alles prima. Helaas een erg slecht retourproces en een klantenservice die je niet verder helpt.
Broken box of marble game came
Broken box of marble game came, no option of gift packing. Tiny stuff toy came when online it said 26 cm. In store experience is much better than online. I ordered more to get it delivered but disappointed with almost everything.
Click and collect worked amazingly
Ordering presents online and collecting them prewrapped was brilliant

Do NOT buy anything on Black Friday…
Do NOT buy anything on Black Friday here, you can buy it any other day to same price.
I´ve contacted them on their website, and they keep avoiding the elephant in the room, and ends with just terminating the chat, avoiding the answer. I´ve photos taken in Intertoys shop 8 days prior to black friday, and they now advertise with 25% on their website. Which is clear lie.

The former product mentioned, is stated as on sale, and your STARTPAGE lists 25%
Black friday. Its cleary not.

not on sale. Is that right?
Customer: its the same price as before black friday. And that means you webpage is
misleading !

the store. The offer is valid for click & collect orders, which is why the
item is sold at the normal price in the store.
Customer: Explain the 25% from black friday then. Where are that ?!
Davina: The promotional price is also listed on our website.

Customer: You are plainly avoiding my question. EXPLAIN WHY THERE IS NOT
DEDUCTED 25% ON THIS PRODUCT. Or else ill have to share this conversation

sale price has already been discounted on the website, which corresponds to the price
in the photo you sent.
Customer: so if i press the "black friday" offer on your startpage, then i should only see
products there has lower prices than before black friday, can you confirm this ?

you just confirmed as being lower. Explain that.

Easy to buy and quick on delivery
