They secretly charged €39 per month from my account for 7 months. I never knowingly signed up for a subscription. No invoices or clear notifications were ever sent. They don’t reply to emails. This feels like pure deception – avoid at all costs.

FRAUD. stole 3 months of unauthorised payments from my account.
ILLEGAL. CRIMINAL. SITE AND ITS EMPLOYEES SHOULD BE LOCKED UP.

THIEVES!! Do not EVER make this test. First they guarantee you it’s free, after the test you have to pay 50 cents and when you pay they literally STEAL YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS and steal money monthly!!!!!!!!!
Filed a lawsuit against them with my bank.

I have been scammed and robbed by iq metrics and been charged to pay 453 sek for something I have not purchased. If I don’t get my refund I may press charges or sue, I am extremely serious!

I am extremely frustrated to find that I have been charged $50.69 each month for the past four months without any prior notification. This is absolutely unacceptable! I demand an immediate refund for these unauthorized charges, and I will not hesitate to report this matter to the authorities here in Europe. I expect to be removed from these charges immediately.

Predatory. At first it is 90 cents and a day later they charge you 50€.

Fake ... I did not get my results.. it's been 3 weeks

SCAM!!!!! Just like other reviews here, I did not sign up for a subscription and I was charged 30 A$ suddenly. They refused to give me a refund.

They used robot to reply messages, they confined my subscription is cancelled but never returned my payment, this company is totally a fraud, this must be reported to a police if you are encountered the same situation.

If there was a way to rate 0, I would. After paying a one off payment for a test result, they later took monthly fees for 2 months without me noticing! They have taken £100 out of my account because of shady/scammy terms. Thankfully my bank have now blocked the payments to this business but it should never have happened.

Edit: In response to your reply, I have emailed you and you have not responded. Change your scummy business tactics, it is disgraceful.

Do not use I paid the 42p when converted into gbp sitting a day later and £41 comes out my account. Luckily I bank with natwest put a fraud claim in and they cancelled my card and refunded me the money. But they don't tell you about a subscription

Total SCAM! I made an IQ test for fun thinking I only need to pay 0.50c and end of. To my surprise I was debited €39,90 for “subscribing”. I have searched everywhere to find proof of subscription but cannot find any proof!
Asked for my money back and they replied that they cannot as I agreed to the subscription (they are obviously calling me a liar). They informed me that they cancelled my subscription but one month later another €39,90 has again been debited from my account.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I had to canceled my credit card after this site charge me for a subscription that was no where near what I sign up or agreed to for lack of better terms. I literally only paid like $1 for a result of a quiz I took here only for this people to scam me out of $28 not worth it and hopefully I get my money back thank god I paid with credit card and was able to call the bank and report it as fraud. Please read my review and the rest of this peoples reviews before putting any credit card information on this site

I agree absolute agree total scam there was nothing on the app that said that you’d signed up it was a free trial and it took ages to work out that there’s no way to cancel a subscription on app I asked for my money back that I could not afford and I got a lecture on how it’s all above board! They don’t even deserve one star!

Was told to complete the test as a dare and I did. I obviously questioned the legitimacy of test, but did it anyway and paid the 0.50 cents to receive the poor quality certificate ( just friends in competition ). Imagine my surprise when I wake up to £41.99 taken from my bank account due to a 'subscription' sign up. I went back through the website and could not see anywhere that I had signed up for the subscription at all. When I emailed them, they explained that it was a very clear process, so I challenged it. They sent me a screen that was all in French. I explained that was unhelpful to me and I cannot read French, and my experience of their services were pointless and unneeded. It took nearly an entire week going back and forth for them to return my money and even then, they made it seem like they were doing me a favour, despite me never agreeing to the taking of the money in the first place. "Exceptionally we have agreed to refund you." - Yes, because you stole the money in the first place.
This company is a scam. Their test is rubbish and something you might give a pre-schooler to do. Avoid them and make sure you keep your money safe.

This company operates purely to scam naive souls like me who think 50 cents is all it takes for some test that requires credit card info. Complete my fault for giving this shady company my credit card info, but it is absolutely not obvious under any circumstances that you will be subscribing to their monthly service when you pay 50 cents. Distasteful and disgraceful company, can't describe it in any other way.
