Pulsure.dk var blandt de første forhandlere i Danmark, da Garmin for første gang i 2003 præsenterede et løbeur med GPS.
Siden da har vi været blandt de største forhandlere af Garmin løbeure, og er det fortsat i dag. Vores kundeservice er eksperter i Garmin, og vi har bl.a. tilladelse til at godkende reklamationer på vegne af Garmin, så din behandlingstid bliver så kort som muilgt.
Fysisk butik, showroom og Danmarks største Hometrainer Testcenter
I Horsens har vi en fysisk butik og showroom, hvor alle Garmin ure, cykelcomputere, Polar ure og Suunto ure er udstillet, så du kan komme og prøve dem, inden du køber. Du kan desuden afhente din ordre hos os eller få hjælp med dit produkt efter køb.
Vi har desuden Danmarks største testcenter for hometrainere og udstyr til indendørs cykling. Vores E-Cycling Lab er åbent i hele butikkens åbningstid, og du er altid velkommen til at komme forbi og prøve det nyeste udstyr indenfor e-cykling.

I recommend Pulsure for training gadgets 🤓
I happily recommend Pulsure to buy training gadgets (like GPS watches, HR straps, ...). My experience with them is only positive, after multiple orders.
They're knowledgeable, their support team is very responsive - and can advise you with any problem.
I'd highlight two points, especially for Garmin: they offer additional 2 years warranty; and their shipping times are really good (delivering through bring).
I recently tried their financing option (with anyday) and it worked a bit weird - but it's a nice to have in the site.

Good customer service is the key
Good customer service personnel are hard to come by, but I can't fault that of Pulsure.
We bought a bike from Pulsure which had an issue. Søren helped sort the issue and replaced the bike without any hesitation. His prompt communication and keenness to ensure we were happy customers is what made us not ask for a refund and go elsewhere for another bike.
Our replacement bike arrived very quickly and is working as it should and we will gladly purchase again from Pulsure.

Ordered a headset at around noon, and was able to pick them up at 10 o'clock the next day. Fastest delivery I've ever tried, and the headset was well protected in the box. Will definitely not be my last order from here

Returning an item is very easy and fast
Ordered a Fenix 6x and recieved a week earlier than promised. Few days later one of the buttons failed me and when I contacted them to get a refund they suggested me to send the device to Garmin (they offered to pay for postal fees), which I think was a misunderstanding caused by me not being clear that I want a refund.
However, I would have expected to in that case to offer a replacement on a device that is a few days old and costs more than 7000dkk not to ask me to send it for a fix.
Anyways, I asked for a refund and received the money back in matter of days.
With all said, I would be happy and looking forward to make purchases from them again.

Exellent Company! Fast delivery and exellent customer service!
I wrote the Company prior to my puchase, and got a thorough evaluation and guidance of my needs.
Due to this, I made a puchase. I ordered it sunday night, and recieved the watch tuesday morning. Very fast delivery!
The watch I bought had a flaw, but customer service, was fast to exchange the product!
