Stalin went over and above to help me…

Stalin went over and above to help me at a difficult time after a bereavement and should be commended for his efficiency.

A comment on the service as a whole (not related to Stalin) I would prefer to have spoken to him/any human much sooner as the amount of robots/AI I had to endure to speak to him was painful- when you are dealing with a bereavement its not nice listening to a robotic voice talk about death/ your lost loved one. Very callous. Please take note.

I needed assistance

I contacted your company for some help to complete registration. I have to say that the first three I spoke to I made no progress at all. They appeared to be interested in the process, as it should be carried out rather the identifying the issue and focusing on the. Finally (and frustrated) I phoned for the 4th time, and spoke to Marsha, and this is when the experience changed , and I received the help I had hoped for. She was knowledgeable, professional, extremely helpful . Having already spent approximately 50 minutes getting nowhere, Marsha was able solve the issue in about 10mkins. She deserves recognition !!!

So intrusive, draconian and registering goes on and on.

So intrusive, draconian, Over the top! Registering process goes around in circles to rediculous levels of detail and 4! security questions. Am i registering with MI6? felt like saying stuff the shares. All to benefit them for convienience and marketing, not my benefit.
Childish, please grow up and get a life, so over the top.

problems with call centre staff

have had nothing but problems over the last 12 months (in excess of 15 calls) trying to get shares transferred/sold. either from people not understand me or vice versa, or just from being completely lied to/misinformed. today was a different matter. spoke to RHIAN who talked me through forms from start to finish and now i am fully clued up on what needs doing, thankyou Rhian

People over online

My online experience was atrocious. I'd get to a certain point in the Selling process and the site would default to a previous point and I'd be required to
re-imput information and so ad infinitum.
After wasting three hours of my life, I phoned Equiniti and your excellent operative had the shares dold in minutes.
